Providing partition walls with modular
bricks ground moulded in C.M. 1:4 with
9 M.S reinforcement of two rows of 6 mm 7600 80 sft 6,08,000
dia for every thrd course and distributions
at 9 inches with mecessary scaffolding
curing etc., complete.
10 H,Y,S,D, STEEL:-
Providing and fabricating hysd confirming
to I.S. 1786 of 1966 with latest
amendments including cutting, bending,
hooking, happing wherever required, 6866 75 kg 5,15,000
placing wire of approved quality and gauge
as per drawing and design including cost of
binding wire and cost of materials and
labour
11 WOOD WORK :-
JUNGLE/TEAK WOOD DOORS :-
Providing and fixing Jungle/Teak Wood
doors with 65 mm x 125 mm frame work
fixed in the masonary with 40 mm x 5 mm
flat iron hold fasts 40 cms. long embeded
in cement concrete (1:2:6) with granite/trap
metal of 20 mm and down size 15 cms. 100 400 sft 40000
thick with fully panelled teack wood
shutter with styles and rails of 35 mm thick
and panels of 20 mm. thick with or without
ventilators of glazed shutters and with
glass 4 mm thick and 2 Nos. M.S rod of 16
mm dia as per design including labour

12 JUNGLE/TEAK WOOD WINDOWS:-
Prociding and fixing Jungle/Teak wood
window with 165 mm x 125 mm frame
wirk fixed in the masonary with 40 mm x 5
mm M.S hold fasts 40 cms. Long embeded
in C.C. (1:3:6) 15 mm thick and mullions
weherever necessary with 30 mm thick

fully glazed shutters with or without halves

17 CHEQURED MOSAIC FLOORING :-

18 GLAZED TILES :-
Providing white glazed tiles flooring of

19 TANDOOR/KADAPPA SKIRTING :-

20 WHITE WASH :-
White or buff washing three coats.

22 SNOW CEM RENDERING :-

white cement primer for wall surface and cement 0 20 0 0
sand rendering, centering, scaffolding, including cost

23 NAHANI TRAP :-
Providing and fixing Nahani trap of approved quality
with accessories such as A.E. Bend hold for fixing 3 220 nos 660
A.C. Bend including removing the flooring and
damages to the structure of any etc., complete.

24 WASH BASIN :-
Providing and fixing white vitrous and fixing
approved quality and shape of wash hand basin of 68
x 46 cms. Including cost of iron brackits fixed in
walls and iron scrus fixing two Nos. of chromium
plated approved pillar cocks including fixing G.I. out 2 2500 nos 5000
let pote main of specified dia uypto out let main and
