The fees once paid will not be refunded or held over for subsequent examinations in any circumstances.

After the publication of the Results, all the candidates who have paid the prescribed fee for the statement of marks should obtain the same from the Principal of the Colleges concerned / H.O.D. of Madurai Kamaraj University.

Candidates appearing for the FIRST TIME must forward the application with a Xerox copy of Mark Statement, Provisional Certificate or other satisfactory evidence of having taken a Degree in some other University accepted by the Syndicate as equivalent thereto.

It will not be possible for the Office to reply to enquiries regarding receipt of application in the Office. Candidates are therefore advised to send their applications by Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due

Candidates applying for the FIRST TIME shall pay the fees prescribed for all the papers in that Semester IRRESPECTIVE of the Number of Papers they wish to appear.

Candidates will be permitted for paper wise appearance at the examination of subsequent appearance only.

12)

The Candidates must write his / her name in Tamil as well as in ENGLISH as previously registered in the University records. If a change in the name has been recognized by the University, the name under which the candidate has already been enrolled in the University records should also be given.

13)

Candidates must be careful in entering their age. They should give the correct date of birth in Christian Era. Candidates giving date of birth in Malayalam Era should also state the Corresponding year and date in the Christian Era.

14)

The Candidates should enclose the Xerox copy of the marks statement of last appearance.
