OFFER OF PROVISIONAL ADMISSION TO THE DEGREE PROGRAMME OF THE UNIVERSITY FOR THE 2021/2022 ACADEMIC SESSION
I write to inform you that you have been offered provisional admission into Federal University Oye - Ekiti undergraduate
programme for 2021/2022 academic session in the Department of Physiology at 100 level in the Faculty of Basic Medical
Sciences.
Please note that this offer is on the condition that you possess the minimum qualifications for admission into the programme
and if it is discovered at any time that you do not possess the qualifications which you claim to have obtained, you will be
required to withdraw from the University.
At the time of registration, you will be required to present the original and four (4) photocopies each of the following
documents upon which this admission is based:
Letter of Admission into the University issued by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board and the Federal University Oye-
Ekiti.
Academic credentials and UTME result slip.
Birth certificate or Sworn declaration of age.
Certificate of Local Government origin.
Letter of attestation from your parent/guardian and any reputable personality in the society vouching for your good behaviour
and conduct.
Four (4) recent coloured passport-size photographs with your name and course of study clearly written on the reverse side.
Certificate of medical fitness obtained from the University Health Centre.
In the absence of any response from you regarding the payment of the Acceptance Fee of Forty Thousand Naira Only
(N40,000) only, the University will assume that you are not interested in the offer and may decide to withdraw it. Other
information relating to registration formalities, schedule of fees and accommodation facilities are available on the University
website. It is hoped that you will exhibit good conduct and portray a good image of the university during your stay.
Note: This Provisional Admission will be rendered Null and void if Screening and Registration is not completed within One Month from the date of resumption. Always Check the
