With reference to your quotation cited above, we are pleased to issue the following work order as per the terms and conditions listed below:

1 Construction of R.C.C. Over Head Tank of following capacity and
staging above ground level with main components. All the water
retaining components of OHT shall be casted in M-30 concrete
and minimum grade of concrete of foundation and staging should
be M-25 with approved cement, coarse sand and stone grit as
per I.S. 11682. Railing with 20mm dia medium class G.I pipe (in 3
rows) on both sides of stair case, supported on 50x50x6mm M.S.
angle section, spaced at intervals not more than 1.5m, Proper
ventilator at top dome in circular shape of 1.2 m dia, Water level
indicator fabricated with sensor connecting to automation,
Lightening conductor. Construction of bed blocks in 1:2:4 PCC
with cement, coarse sand and approved stone grit , Construction
of washout / overflow chamber and chambers for sluice / butter
fly valves as per departmental type design and drawing, Painting
of all concrete surface and steel pipe works with three coats as
per approved cement and anticorrosive paints.
(1) MEIL Scope:
# Inlet pipe, Outlet Pipe, Over Flow pipe, Scour Pipe, Valves,
Lightening arresters, Level Indicator, Ladder & Specials will be
supplied by us.
(2) PRW Scope:
# Construction of Valve Chambers.
# Supply and Fixing of Hand Rails..
# Fixing of DI Verticals and Valves
# Painting as per approval by the department/Client.

Terms & Conditions:
I) SCOPE OF WORK :
1. You shall strictly abide by the specifications as per contract agreement with the Employer/Client.
2. You shall execute the work as per the approved drawings & agreement specifications in full shape to the satisfaction of the client.
3. You shall mobilize labour immediately in site on receipt of work order and engage qualified Engineering staff at site in your scope.
4. The work shall be completed in all aspects within 4 months from the date of work order.
5. Client certified quantity only considers.
6. Supply of Valves & Specials is in MEIL Scope. And, fixing of the same will be in your scope.
7. For GP-Baghi Urf Benipur, An Amount of Rs. 5,55,919/- will be deducted from your RA Bills against Previous work quantity done by the other contractor.

II) TERMS OF PAYMENT :


The prices are firm during the entire period work and exclusive of all taxes and escalation is allowed for TMT Steel only. Advance will be issued on your specific
request, on interest basis. The terms of progressive payment will be as follows;
(1) For Construction of OHT#s.
a) On completion of Excavation and PCC including staircase -5%
b) On completion of RCC work in foundation upto GL including staircase # 15%
c) On completion of works upto 1/3 of staging height including staircase - 10%
d) On completion of works upto 2/3 of staging height including staircase - 10%
e) On completion of balance staging works including staircase - 10%
f) On completion of Circular Beam, tie beam & Slab - 30%
g) On completion of fixing of DI D/F pipe specials, sluice valves &Construction of valve chamber - 10%
h) On supply & fixing of railings - 5%
i) On completion of all other finishing & miscellaneous works etc and complete # 5%

SD @ 5% shall be deducted from each RA bill and shall be refunded after 6 months of completion of your scope of work.
Each RA Bill should be submitted by 1st of every month to MEIL Site in charge and the payment will be released within 45 days.
Further, the executed quantities will be reconciled with client measurement book/certified quantity and payment will be made accordingly

The PRW Agency should file their GSTR1 return and a copy of the same should be submitted to us before release of the payment.

III) MATERIALS :
(a) The above cost is Inclusive of all Materials, manpower & machinery required for completion of above mentioned work as per drawings/agreement
Specifications.
(b) Steel and Cement make should be considered as follows:
Steel Makes: SAIL, RINL, TATA, JSW STEEL LTD,JINDAL STEEL & POWER LTD,ELECTRO STEEL LTD
Cement Makes: ACC,ULTRA TECH,PRISM,SHREE,AMBUJA,MP BIRLA,JK CEMENT
(c) You shall make necessary arrangements for store & labour hutments, etc. and all establishment charges shall be borne by you.
(d) You have to make all working arrangements manpower/machinery/tools & tackles as per contract agreement specification to complete the work.
(e) You shall strictly follow & implement all safety measures as required for safe execution of work. You shall erect safety sign boards/barricades etc.; and provide

PPE equipment#s to all the workers and staff as required by the contract agreement. If you fail to adhere to the safety norms, MEIL will implement the same at the
cost and risk of you and debit the same from your bill.
(f) DI pipes and specials, valves etc., shall be supplied from our stores, transportation, loading and unloading, custody and re-shifting of the same is to your
scope.
(g) Whatever quantity of pipes/specials issued to you from our stores, should be laid (or) otherwise, balance quantity should be returned to the store in good
condition, and if not the cost of balance quantity of pipes/specials will be recovered from your account at double cost.
(h) For all DI specials, (if necessary) you shall have to submit the indent well in advance with a detailed drawing and quantity.
(i) Our client/site engineer time to time should precede the laying work in accordance with the instructions issues.
(j) All the required machinery/tools/manpower etc., required for the above work are to be mobilized by you only.
(k) Earth work excavation quantities (difference quantities) for Common trench/multiple pipelines stretches shall be deducted from your bill.
(l) Earthwork quantities will be deducted from your bill for Pipelines laid above Ground level.

IV) TAXES & STATUTORY :


(a) TDS at actual will be recovered from all the payments made to you and necessary IT certificate will be issued.
(b) Seigniorage charges will be deducted at actual.
(c) GST will be levied extra at the corresponding respective applicable rates, if applicable.
(d) You shall submit GST returns acknowledgment for last month filed along with the next bill, to release this month payment.

V) SUPERVISION STAFF :
Work shall be executed under the supervision of MEIL engineers/Client staff and as per the instruction of client. You shall execute the subject work as per the
directions of MEIL/Client engineers with good Quality, shall maintain all Q.C. records & required laboratory equipment, arrangements.
VI) INSPECTION :
The progress of work will be inspected by MEIL/Client representatives at each stage of work. You shall afford all facilities for carrying out inspection. If any part of
the work is not as per the specifications of contract Agreement if pointed out, shall be rectified at your cost and no extra payment will be allowed, necessary
arrangements required for inspection are in your scope.

VII) STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS :


a) You shall not deviate from the Work order/specifications. In case it shall be carried out only on the written order from MEIL /Client.
b) You shall deploy minimum 3 no#s of responsible qualified technical staff at site for onsite control of all activities.
c) You are not be eligible for any idle wages or any Compensation for labour /machinery due to break down of machinery/plant thereof.
d) The workmen engaged by you are to be covered under Workmen#s Compensation Insurance Policy to cover the risk. If you fail to do so and in case any
liability arises, and is fulfilled by MEIL as principal employer, the same will be recovered from your bill.
e) You have to maintain the registers / records and fulfill the requirements under various Labour laws like the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, the minimum Wages
Act, 1984 the Contract Labour Act, 1970, and any other laws of state / central in force from time to time.
f) You are liable to comply all the provisions of the Employees Provident & Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952 and the rules framed there under, in so far as they
are applicable.
g) You are liable to take all the precautionary measures for safety during the working period.
h) MEIL reserves right to cancel the work order in full or part, if you are not maintaining the progress of work diligently or not adhering to the various statutory
provisions/Acts and continue to do so. You shall not be entitled for any compensation or claims in such an event & the retention money will be forfeited.
i) All the monthly bills shall be inspected and signed after proper verification of reconciliation of all materials or deductions, if any, made by MEIL from running
bills.

VIII) GENERAL :
a) Any work not mentioned above but required to complete the activity are in your scope, is deemed to be included in the agreed rate.
b) Any terms or conditions quoted by you previously which are inconsistent with the above terms or vary from them or any of them will not from the terms and
conditions of the order and it is specifically agreed that the above terms will supersede all the terms which are inconsistent with the above.
c) The agreed rate is overall composite rate for completing the scope of work and at no point of time the split of the rate with respect to any individual item will be
considered.
d) In case you do not mobilize adequate or does not commence the work or does not progress satisfactorily or do not maintain quality of work or neglect or does
not comply with MEIL instructions, MEIL shall reserve the right to terminate the contract within 7 days# notice and take remedial measures at your risk and cost.

IX) WARRANTY :
12 months from date of final takeover of project.

X) ORDER ACCEPTANCE :
Please sign and return back the duplicate copy of the work order as your acceptance. In the event of the same is not received within 3 days, it is deemed that you
have accepted this work order.

XI) LEGAL JURISDICTION :


All disputes arising out of this work order will be subjected to Hyderabad Jurisdiction.
