2. BITSAT

The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) conducts an online

engineering entrance exam called BITSAT (Birla Institute of Technology and
Science Admission Test) for admission to its three campuses. This exam is
highly sought after, with around 2 lakh applicants appearing for it every
year. The BITSAT BTech entrance exam 2024 is conducted for 3 hours and
consists of four sections - Physics, Chemistry, English Proficiency and
Logical Reasoning, and Mathematics. The question paper is objective-based.

Admissions into the engineering courses offered by private colleges under

the Associations of Medical, Dental, and Engineering in the state of
Karnataka are done through COMEDK UGET, which was conducted by the
Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka
(COMEDK). The COMEDK BTech entrance exam 2024 was conducted on
May 12, 2024, and was held across various exam centres in India. To be
eligible for admission, candidates needed to solve 180 multiple-choice
questions based on the 12th grade syllabus. The exam was three hours long,

4. WBJEE

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) is a centralized test

controlled by the West Bengal government. It is conducted by the West
Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board for admission into various
Undergraduate Courses such as B.E, B.Tech, B.Pharm, etc. Candidates who
have completed their Class 12 with core Science subjects, like Physics,

5. SRMJEEE

The SRM Institute of Science and Technology conducts the SRM Joint
Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) for eligible candidates. The
SRMJEE BTech entrance exam takes place in computer-based mode and is
used for admission into 7,000 undergraduate engineering seats. Each year,
approximately 1 lakh students apply for this entrance examination. The
exam is made up of 125 questions and applicants must pass it to be admitted
into the University. The top 1000 IIT JEE Rank holders, as well as the top
rank holders of central and state boards of examinations, are granted direct

6. VITEEE

Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE)

is conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering programs offered
by the VIT Group of Institutions. The VITEEE entrance exam 2024 is
conducted in English language only for 2 hours and 30 minutes. The
question paper comprises a total of 125 questions from five sections - Maths/

The Maharashtra State CET Cell conducts the Maharashtra Common

Entrance Test, also known as MHT CET 2024, for students who wish to
pursue their first year of BE/BTech courses in the state. This is a traditional

Manipal University conducts the Manipal University Online Entrance Test

(MU OET or MET) every year to offer admission to its undergraduate

The Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common

Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) is an exam that is conducted by Jawaharlal
Nehru Technological University Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana State
Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). This exam is a compulsory
requirement for students who intend to pursue professional courses in
