M.A THE FOUNDER

MMOFFICIALCLUB
Introduction
Hello and welcome to my e-book about Facebook ads.
My name is M.A, and I’m a 36-year-old mechanical
engineer with a multi-six-figure brand. My journey as
an operations manager at a multinational corporation
for 12 years gave me a unique perspective on how to
build and run successful businesses.
My passion for entrepreneurship and e-commerce led
me to start my own businesses, including
MMofficialClub and Softfunnels. Through these
ventures, I have gained firsthand experience in the
challenges and opportunities of e-commerce, and I
have been able to leverage my skills and knowledge to
achieve success.
Over the past few years, I have been working hard to
share my knowledge about e-commerce with others.
On August 2022, I launched my YouTube channel
MMofficialclub in order to help beginners get into the
e-commerce space. The response has been incredible,
and it has inspired me to take things to the next level.
That's why I decided to write this e-book. I want to
share with you all of the valuable insights and lessons I
have learned about Facebook algorithms and how to
deal with Facebook issues in order to keep any online
business running smoothly.
This e-book will provide you with a comprehensive
guide that will help you start, run and grow your own
successful online business.
Whether you're an entrepreneur just starting out, or
an established business looking to expand into the
world of e-commerce, this e-book has something for
everyone. So, let's get started!

Facebook Bans

When it comes to FB bans, it's not uncommon for

people in the e-commerce space to face them. The
question here is :
How much time to restart your ads after getting an
email like this :D ?

Our agency has a record of 30 minutes to restart the

ads again. how ? Thats what we will see in this e-book.

The first thing that you should know is that FB Algo is

defined to categorize users into normal users and
suspicious users. So the first thing we should do is to
build a good, healthy relationship with our friend FB
Algo. In order to do that we have to know the
difference between the two users.

1
How Facebook categorizes users

On Facebook, a normal user is someone who uses the

platform in a way that is consistent with the
community standards and terms of service. Normal
users are typically active on the platform, engage with
their friends and family, and share content that is
appropriate and acceptable according to Facebook's
guidelines.
On the other hand, a suspicious user is someone who
may be engaging in behavior that is not consistent with
Facebook's policies or guidelines. This could include
activities such as spamming, spreading false
information, impersonating someone else, engaging in
hate speech or harassment, or other activities that are
not allowed on the platform.
Facebook uses a variety of methods to identify
suspicious users, including automated systems and
human moderators who review user reports and flag
accounts that may be engaging in suspicious activity.
Suspicious users may have restrictions placed on their
accounts, such as limitations on the number of friend
requests they can send, or they may have their
accounts temporarily or permanently disabled if they
are found to be in violation of Facebook's policies.

2
How to become a friend of FB!

Let's become a friend of FB!

As advertisers at the early stage, we start using our
personal profiles to run ads, but then we get this email:
"your ad account has been disabled."
A few questions come to our mind:
Can I create a new one?
Can I buy a new profile?
if I use the same IP address, does it affect the new
profile?
what do I do?
You have two solutions: create a new FB profile or buy
a new one.
We suggest buying a new one (aged asian profiles)
since the price is cheap and you won't lose time
creating a new one (and of course, you can create a
new one with your family info).
Now that the account is here, what to do next?
You need to warm up your Facebook account.

3
Warming up your Facebook account

Warming up a new Facebook account before running

ads is important to establish trust with the Facebook
platform and avoid getting flagged for suspicious
activity. Here are some steps to warm up a new
Facebook account:
1. always log in with https://m.facebook.com/
2. Start posting, scrolling on the feed, some likes and
shares.
3. Send some friend requests and grow your
community.
4. Be a part of some FB groups.
5. Engage with some posts and answer comments.
6. watch some videos and send some messages.

Keep in mind this process is the same for a new profile

or an aged profile that we bought. the only difference
is the duration:
For a newly created account, it takes 15 to 20 days to
warm up. For an aged account that we bought, it takes
3 to 5 days.
By following these steps, you can successfully warm up
your new Facebook account and avoid potential issues
when running ads in the future.
4
Setup your foundation

Congrats! your profile is ready.

Now we need to set up our foundation.
the first thing we have to stick to is to keep behaving
like a normal user during the process of launching our
ads.
so no need to rush by creating a BM and an ad
account pixel at the same time. One action at a time
is how a normal user would do it.

Create the BM and verify the email.

Create the Ad account.
Add your payment method.
Create the Pixel.
Create some pages (3 to 5 pages).
Add Admins and employees to your BM.
Verify your Domain.
Warm up your page/ad account.
Launch your ads.

And there you go!

5
Warming up a Facebook page

Warming up a Facebook page before launching a

conversion objective ad involves building engagement
and trust.

1. Start with creating a Facebook page and optimizing

it with relevant information, including a profile
picture, a cover photo, and a detailed description
of your business.
2. Begin by posting organic content on your page to
build engagement with your audience. Post
consistently and share valuable content to attract
followers - WE SUGGEST 3-4 posts per week
3. Engage with your followers and respond to their
comments and messages promptly. This helps
build a positive relationship with your audience
and shows Facebook that your account is
legitimate.
4. Once you have established a solid foundation on
the platform, start running low-budget, low-risk ads
targeting a small audience. run engagement Camp
to grow your community.

We will see more details in the ad account warming-up

section.
6
We can also buy old pages, in order to avoid this
warmup process, an old page is already active and
engaged with its audience over time. Another option is
buying a reinstated page. Those kinds of pages are
stronger. The Last option is buying a verified page
altought it's expensive.

7
Warming up a Facebook ad account

Warming up a Facebook ad account is an important

process that helps to establish trust and credibility
with the Facebook algorithm. Here are some steps you
can take to warm up your Facebook ad account before
launching a conversion ad:

When we warm up our ad account we are warming up

our page at the same time (case of a new page).

keep in mind that the goal is to increase our approval

rate. what does this mean?
Imagine we launch our first ad, conversion objective,
and the ad gets disapproved. Surprise! your
disapproval rate is 100%. Your ad account contains
one ad, a disapproved ad, so at this point, you lose.
That's why we start with an engagement campaign
(page likes). we just need a good picture and headline
and it's done.

8
Here is the Process:
Day 1: create a page like camp $1 a day C1.
Day 2: C1 was approved, you duplicate the first camp,
on the adset level of C2 duplicate the adset 4 times
Day 3: C2 was approved, we duplicate to C3, and we
turn off C2.
Day 4: C3 was approved, we duplicate to C4 and C5.
In the end, we have 21 ads approved. We keep C1on.
It's a $1 camp, and it keeps bringing engagement.

This is a very good foundation to build trust between,

the BM, the Ad account, the RPofile, and the FB algo.

Day 5: launch your conversion Ads.

9
Now our ads are live, but are we safe?
Will my ad account keep working without any issues?
Will my BM protect my assets?
How about my data?
The Facebook pixel is a data-gathering tool that helps
make the most of our ads across, how to protect it?
Let's say we found a winning product, and now we are
at a scaling phase. Suddenly, the ad account has been
disabled / the BM has been Disabled / our FB account
is not allowed to run ads...... what should we do?
waiting for a review! 24h-48h-72h....
Can we wait? Competitors out there won't wait

OMG!!

Backups are crucial for any business, but they are

especially important for online businesses, mainly
those operating in the e-commerce space. They collect
and store vast amounts of data, including customer
information and orders. This data is critical to the
operation of the business, and the loss of this data can
be catastrophic. E-commerce businesses rely on their
online presence to generate revenue. if their digital
assets go down, the business can suffer significant
losses.

10
The Shield Structure

In this chapter, we will see a structure of our FB assets

and how we can put this setup in place in order to
keep our business running smoothly.
We call it the Shield structure.

11
First of all, where will we open our FB profiles?
We can't use the chrome browser for all our assets.
One problem can put all of our assets in jeopardy. So
we use anti-detect browsers and proxies.
This means each Profile should have its own proxy and
browser Personally I use
https://incogniton.com/ for the browsers
and https://myprivateproxy.net/ for proxies.
The MPP5 should be enough to start with
https://www.myprivateproxy.net/private-
proxies/

Once you create your Incogniton account, you have 10

browser profiles for free.
Take your proxy and add it to the profile browser.
Open your Facebook profile on this browser and
you're good to go.

Now Let's put in place our Shield Structure.

12
BM House:
We suggest that you use a verified/Aged BM.
First of all, we need to set up our BM House where we
will connect our domains and create our pixels (pixel
house).
For this BM we need to have 2 Admins with mid-level
security or 3 Admins with high-level security.
Mid Level: if there is an issue with Admin 1 we have
Admin 2 as a backup to manage the BM. and we
should look for an Admin to replace Admin 1.
High Level: if there is an issue with Admin 1 we still
have two Admins.
Now we will add our domains.

13
Now Let's create our Pixel house

After step 5 you have to add the business ID of the BM

ads.
you can get the business ID from your BM from here:

For New BMs, if you can't click on Assign partners, wait

for 48h and try again. Meta does not allow new entities
to share a pixel, which is normal in order to avoid
scams
14
Let's move on to the page creator Profile.
This profile only has one task: Create pages and share
them with the BM Ads.
Keep in mind we should behave as normal users for
every profile we have.
Here is how to share our pages:

At this stage we have our BM House done, our Pages

creator done.
Let's move on to the BM ads and let's crush it!

15
BM Ads:
For this BM we need to have 2 Admins mid level
security or 3 Admins high level security.
Mid Level : if there is an issue with the Admin 1 we
have the Admin 2 as a backup to manage the BM. and
we should look for an Admin to replace the Admin1.
High Level : if there is an issue with Admin1 we still
have two Admins.
We will need to add also two Employee to run our Ads.
One main employee and a backup employee.
Let me show you how to add Admins and Employees

Once you add the email, send the invitation and it's
done.

16
Let's imagine the following scenarios:

The Ad account gets disabled Add a new ad acount

The Employee is not allowed to run

we have another employee
ads

The Admin is not allowed to

we have two other Admins
advertise

We have our BM house, we can

The BM gets disabled buy/create a new BM, share our
Pixel and domain and restart :)

As you can see we have a prompt solution for every

problem we can face.
But for the last problem, if you may notice we will lose
some time in order to buy/create a new BM.
We suggest having this BM already in-house since it's
easy to make that setup, especially since we won't
need any profiles. The same Admins/Employees on the
BM ads will be on the BM backup.
Now let's redo the last scenario, if the BM gets
disabled, we share the pixel and the domain from the
BM house to the BM backup. And the ads run again!

17
Golden Tips

When you create a page for your product/store,

don't forget to create sister pages.
Let me explain: imagine your store is XYZ.com,
you create your first page XYZ and after a while create
a page XYZ beauty, XYZ miniMall.
We suggest 3-4 sister pages.
warm them up, add some posts and stories, and keep
them as a backup (pages are a necessary element in
your backbone structure).
if your page gets disabled, you replace it with the
sisters and in a few minutes your ads are live again.

When you're adding Admins and Employees on your

BM, add 3-4 additional invites and keep them as
backups.

If you have a general store and you test many

products under multiple niches, use only one pixel, but
many ad accounts, each ad account should be
optimized for one niche. In this case, you have multiple
areas where you can play :).
