related to the order specification, TBE, Bought out items, Aramco standard for pump, seal system
and Engineering standard 31-SAMSS-004 & SAES-005.
• Attend the KOM along with project manager for customer clarification on documents and
specification on the packaging to ensure the Quality & delivery time for the documents
• Review the vendor documents with respect the specification for seal, coupling, LCS, LCP, JB

Description:
• Worked on OH2/BB1/BB2 [HPX-HDX-HED-DS-LPN]
• Various type of flushing plan (ex: 11/ 23/52/62/53B), cooling plan M/K/A.
• Fabrication done for motor drive and turbine drive.
• Between bearing pump, turbine drive, oil feed system, plan 53B piping layout created using
ESApro to check interference, representation of Isometric view with Bill of material.
• Flushing and cooling plans are made for different pumps through piping software to ensure all
the components within baseplate.
Project: To find out the baseplate deflection and stress under lifting condition as per API 610
Tool used: Autodesk Inventor, Ansys –V12
Description:
The project involved the creation of 3D modelling of the baseplate and the modelled baseplate is
fixed at the anchor bolt location and the load is applied at pump and motor side as per the API
610 and determined the baseplate deflection and stress under lifting condition and to check
whether the resultant values are well within the API stated limit, if not baseplate design needs to
be revised and perform the analysis till the shaft deflections are well within the API stated limit.
Project : Aftermarket project support for the piping and baseplate modification
Tool used: AutoCAD, ESAPRO, Inventor
Description. This project involved to modify the baseplate and piping plans as per API 682
Created the new 3D model of the pump and executed the piping layout with help of piping
software ESApro and took approval for the same, as per the new pump foot change we had
designed the new pump pedestal and baseplate drawing creation and checked the interference of
piping and baseplate strength as per the API Standard
