Key Responsibilities
The Country Account Lead will be responsible for the general management of the account and
leading teams that delivers across facilities management, transaction management, project
management, workplace consulting, and energy & environment. He / She will lead business
delivery to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and business expansion.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
• Manage overall delivery of services to the client, including overall accountability for
financial, resource and performance management and reporting & delivery/adherence
to account level process
• Lead the team to deliver a seamless service, which is on time, on budget and
according to agreed quality/service levels.
• Manage the performance, training, and development of those directly reporting to the
position.
• Where applicable - manage the adoption of a “one team approach” by integrating
supply partner management (and their team reports) with CBRE Service Delivery
Team to ensure both CBRE and supply partners’ act and behave as one.

• Manage services so that delivery complies with the Client’s guiding principles and
Service Level Requirements.
• Serve as a business partner to the Client ensuring their goals are realized and
requirements are met. Maintain an open communication with key Client stakeholders
and ensuring they are well-informed and kept abreast of operational milestones.
• Manage and co-ordinate the delivery of CBRE remote services where applicable.
• Ensure high levels of communication and coordination with regional Client and internal
stakeholders including but not limited to SMEs, risk & assurance etc
• Take corrective action to bring about required change and ensure contract
requirements have been executed at a level above the specified standards.
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures and adhering to
company standards.
• Manage and optimize supply chain and partners in conjunction with relevant sourcing
organisations. Manage robust vendor management plan.
• In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be
individually defined.
Responsibilities as a Property Risk Control Support
Responsible under the Group Operational Risk Framework (ORF) for ensuring that the residual
risks within the scope of Property responsibilities remain within appetite. In discharging this
responsibility, the Country Account Lead must work with the service delivery teams to:
• Challenge and verify First Line risk identification and assessments, in line with changes
in the internal and external environment.
• Identify and report key risks and ensure where outside of the risk appetite they are
escalated to the appropriate body for risk acceptance.
• Maintain a good understanding of applicable laws and regulations pertaining to
Property Risk control areas.
• Support the process of risk control design, implementation and maintain controls and
mitigation deliverables.
• Ensure effective communication of policies and other control requirements.
• Support the monitoring of compliance with and effectiveness of the risk control
environment.
• Monitor ‘live’ risk issues and events material to the Bank and work with the teams to
ensure that appropriate management action is being taken to mitigate their impact.
• Ensure Client, Service Delivery Teams, and Internal CBRE stakeholders are aware of
governance bodies on key risks, the effectiveness of mitigation deliverables and
controls, and alignment of residual risks with appetite.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Required Knowledge and Skills:
• Experience in a customer facing role is essential with background in general operations
management. Possess at least 10 years of working experience in corporate real estate
or hospitality operations
• At least 5 years of proven people management and development experience. Able to
build an effective and engaged, high performing team
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management
• Commercially trained--ability to understand financials P&L and reports
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Ability to demonstrate and apply a high level of collaboration and flexibility
• High level of personal credibility, customer relationship management and interpersonal
skills
• Ability to define and implement effective processes and procedures for the business
needs
• Personal characteristics of tenacity and persistence
Qualifications and Education:
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, engineering, or
other business-related discipline preferred
• Knowledge of the facilities/real estate market as well as a keen understanding of
customer service principles. A proven experience from the Hospitality Management
space can be considered
• Demonstrated resourcefulness in seeking out market opportunities and leveraging
subcontractor base to maximum advantage
• Exceptional leadership capabilities and experience managing large multi-disciplinary
teams
• Computer Software Proficiency Level: Confident user of Microsoft Word/Power Point &
advanced at Excel
