Consent to the Processing and Transfer of Personal Data During Recruitment

I, the undersigned, as the Candidate, give my explicit consent to Wipro Limited, as the data
controller, to the processing and transfer of my personal data in accordance with the Data
Privacy Regulation of the land of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on
the free movement of such freely and unambiguously under the following conditions:

1. The purpose of data processing

The data controller will process my data outlined in Section 2 of this consent form for the
purposes of the recruitment process and a potential employment contract or service
agreement with Wipro Limited or its affiliate companies.

2. The scope of data processed by the data controller

For the purposes mentioned in Section 1 above, the data controller will process the
following data based on my consent:

1. Full name;
2. Contact details (phone number, email address, home address);
3. Employment history;
4. References;
5. Education-related data, including academic degree(s);
6. Certificates and/or qualifications; and
7. Any other personal data provided by me during the application and recruitment
process.

3. The legal basis for the processing

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is set out in consent. The data controller
will process the data taking into full account the interests and fundamental rights of the
data subject.

4. Consent for processing data for other job opportunities

Should I wish to remain in Wipro’s candidate pool for other/future suitable job opportunities
in Wipro or its affiliate companies for a period of 180 days post last interaction/ action on
the candidature, you may indicate your consent below.

I hereby consent to the processing of my data for the application & hiring process as per
the above notice for these new job opportunities as well.

5. How long is the data stored?

Data on job applicants are stored for a maximum term of 180 days post last interaction/
action on the candidature and are used exclusively in case other vacancies open within
the 180 days period(post last interaction/ action on the candidature) for which the candidate’s
earlier job application could be relevant. Within 180 days, if the candidate so requests, all
personal data will be permanently deleted by Wipro Limited.

6. Application/ Tools used (but not limited to)

Wipro uses Talent Cloud AI in ICIMS (Wipro’s Application Tracking System) that leverages
artificial intelligence to assist in identifying suitable candidates for job openings to
streamline the candidate selection process by analyzing resumes, skills, and experience to
match them with the requirements of specific job openings.
7. Declaration

I declare that I have read and understood the Privacy Policy on the data controller’s
website. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of this document.

I declare that I have been properly informed by the data controller about the processing of
my personal data and also about my rights to access the data, to request the rectification
of data, to request data erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) and to restrict the processing of
data in the Privacy Policy published on the data controller’s website. I confirm that I have
fully understood my unalienable rights, which may be applied at any time without any
detrimental consequences.

In light of the above, I give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data by Wipro
Limited.

This consent is given of my own free will, with full understanding of the purpose of data
export and its risks, and may be revoked at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of
processing based on my consent before its withdrawal.

I am aware that I can decide at any time to withdraw my present consent to the collection,
processing, storage and use of my personal data, by sending an email to
[email protected], or by sending a letter to the address of the data controller as stated
above.
