Devanahalli and whereas due to our personal problem , health and
age, it is not possible for us to be present personally before the

appoint, nominate and constitute:

as OUR lawful attorney in our name and on our behalf :

1. That our attorney herein is empowered to defend the above


suit or action, legal proceedings or any other proceedings before the
Civil Courts, District Courts, Appellate Courts, High Court, Supreme
Court, Tribunal or before any other authority constituted for the said
purpose and for the said purpose, sign and verify the pleadings and
make statements on oath binding me in such proceedings and my
attorney shall engage Advocates/Attorneys/Solicitors or such other
legal Agents as may be permitted under Law an also initiate any
proceedings in respect of the property bearing No. Sy.No.16/1
measuring 0.11 guntas suited at Bundkodigehalli Amanikere Village,
Jala Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk against any person/s and for the
said purpose, to represent us before any judicial or quasi judicial
authorities.

2. That our Attorney shall be empowered to compromise,


compound, withdraw cases and refer any disputes to any Appellate
Authorities, Arbitration, Civil Courts and present such applications
before the Courts/Authorities/Tribunals or before the Appellate
authorities and to sign and verify the Plaint, Petitions, Statements
and to produce and summon documents as may be required for the
said purpose and to depose on oath, to deposit or withdraw any
amounts, to file applications for the execution of the decree, to
receive any money, under any decree or orders pertaining to

schedule apartments, to obtain copies of the orders, decrees,
documents and other papers pertaining to the cases and generally
to do all such acts, deeds and things as may be necessary for
conducting any case or proceedings and to obtain the refund of
stamp duty or court fees or any amounts from the Government or
from such other authorities and to apply and verify judicial records
and obtain the certified copies of the same in our name and on our
behalf.
3 we hereby declare, ratify and confirm the acts lawfully and
bonafide done by my attorney which shall be construed as acts,
deeds and things done by us to all intents and purposes as if we
personally present and shall require no further ratification.
