FIRST HOMEROOM PTA ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
September 6, 2023
I. INTRODUCTION
Homeroom Parent Teacher Association (HPTA) is one of the most significant organizations in
the classroom. The vital role signifies good partnership in terms of the implementation of
the programs, projects and activities in the classroom itself. The association also revitalizes
whatever endeavors in the classroom that need to be prioritized will be implemented
successfully within the school year. Thus, with the strong partnership of the adviser and the
parents, success of the programs or projects in the classroom will be achieved.
II. OBJECTIVES
1. To promote harmonious relationship.
2. To utilize as functional partner of the school stakeholders.
3. To help the adviser for the implementation of the programs and projects in the classroom.
4. To promote school/classroom-community friendly environment.
III. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMPLISHMENT
1. 14 out of 24 parents attended the meeting.
2. Parents were well informed by the advisers on the following agenda:
a. Reiteration of Classroom Rules and Regulations
b. Revisit Salient features of DepEd Order No. 36, s. 2016 (Grading System and Recognition)
c. Conduct Award is awarded in the classroom only
Awardees must have consistently and dutifully carried out the core values of DepEd
They must have obtained a rating of at least 75% (21 out of 28) of always observed in
their report card.
d. Perfect Attendance Award
e. Academic Excellence Award

SECOND HOMEROOM PTA ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
November 18, 2023
I. INTRODUCTION
Parent-Teachers Associations is one of the most important organizations in the school
community. The vital role signifies good partnership in terms of the implementation of the programs
and projects in the school itself. The association revitalizing endeavor of effort to exist the good
result of one program. On this part output and outcomes resulted to success. The school itself could
not stand alone without the help of the HRPTA officials.
II. OBJECTIVES
1. To utilize as functional partner of the school stakeholders.
2. To help the school for the implementation of the programs.
3. To promote school-community friendly environment.
III. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMPLISHMENT
1. 14 out of 24 attended in the second meeting.
2. Parents actively participated during the meeting.
3. Students are encouraged to wear their school uniform every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
They can wear their P.E. uniform every Wednesday or when they have MAPEH classes on that day.
4. Students’ tardiness and absences will be recorded by the class beadle in case parents would want to
know the status of their children, there is a record to look for or a basis for evaluation.
5. Mrs. Legaspi introduced the following school programs:

1. Meeting called to order at 1:00 P.M. by Grade 7 Blissful class adviser, Mrs. Chinn R. Legaspi.
2. Mrs. Legaspi, the adviser showed her class record to the parents to inform them on their children’s
performance particularly the recent quarterly assessment.
3. Mrs. Legaspi reminded once again the parents about the NSO/PSA Birth Certificate of their children and
started to distribute the learner’s progress report card alphabetically.
4. The HRPTA President, Mrs. Daisy Dapanas once again reiterated the guidelines of 4Ps membership as
well as its policies. She emphasized student’s regular school attendance and active participation in
government programs.
5. Parents successfully planned a menu and desired amount for buying gifts for their children’s upcoming
Christmas Party that will be on December 13, 2022.

meeting agreed on the said project proposal.
