1 LAYING OF Flooring- Vitrified tiles
Supply and Laying of approved Vitrified tiles Size
1000X1000mm for flooring as per details and
samples.Vitrified tiles shall be fixed with addesive of roffe
or bal groute. Pointing shall be done with same colour
pigment of approved vitrified tiles colour. All etc,
complete with curing as per direction. Joints shall be filled
up with tile mate. (Basic rate tile per sft- RS- 100/-
including Taxes 6N -001)

Supply and laying of POP on tiles / granite flooring atleast

100mm wide fixed with cement and sand motor and joints

5 Itallian marble flooring- LABOUR ONLY


Providing and fixing of 600x600mm / maximum size
20mm thick Itallian Marble with tinoxide 8 coats polish,
laid and match the grains. Marble shall be fixed with CM
1:6 with white cement slurry. Chamical coating to be
applied over the marble just before the handover.The cost
shall include cutting to size, wastage, lead and lift and
curing etc. Basic rate 200/sft excluding taxes.
