1. Admission
I am pleased to inform you that you have been offered admission in Nairobi Technical Training Institute for a course as per your application.
2. Reporting and Registration
You are required to report and register between 28th August 2024 and 06th September 2024.
Note: (i) Total Fees for Term 1: Ksh: 37,189 MUST be paid in full before registration.
(ii) All classes for registered students will commence on 04th September 2024.
(iii) You will be required to submit this Admission Letter and Original bank slip during registration.
Government Scholarship, Loan and Bursary
Following your placement in this institution, you are eligible for a Government Scholarship, Loan and Bursary to assist with your
educational expenses. If you need Government financial support, you MUS T make an application for consideration through the official
website www.hef.co.ke. In case the Government Scholarship, Loan and Bursary do not cover the entire cost of your programme, the
deficit will be met by your parent/guardian. HELB Loan and Bursary – Apply at www.helb.co.ke.

(d) Personal Cheques and Cash payments are NOT ACCEPTABLE.
(e) Students are encouraged to apply for HELB funding. (National ID is a mandatory requirement for HELB funding).
(f) Departmental course requirements (where applicable) are attached.
(g) Fees once paid is not refundable.
NOTE: Foreign Students are required to pay three times the total fees indicated above.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
The follow ing documents and items will be required during registration at the institute.
1. Tw o (2) Coloured Current Passport Size Photographs.
2. Attach to this letter, copies of KCSE Result slips or Certificates, Leaving Certificate, Identity Card and Birth Certificate and carry the Originals for verification.
3. Attach to this letter a duly completed Medical Examination Certificate (Attached as Appendix ) by a Registered Medical Practitioner.
4. Attach to this letter a duly completed and signed Student Registration form (Attached as Appendix ) with the Declaration Certificate.
5. Laptop Computer. Minimum specifications: 4GB RAM, 300GB Hard disk, Duo-Core Processor, Windows 10, 64-bit, Microsoft Office 2010 Pro.
6. All Students are required to make and retain a copy of this Admission Letter after admission for future use.
