Annexure“A”
1.Assignment:YourpresentpositionwillbethatofSalesExecutivebasedatNelloreThecompanymayhowever
reassignand/ortransferyoutoanyothersimilarpositioninthecompany,anywhereinIndia.Youwillbeexpectedto
undertakesuchreasonableduties,asthecompanyshallfromtimetotimedetermine.Youmayalsoberequiredto
performdutiesforothergroupcompaniesifnecessary.Yoursinglepointofcontactforanymatterrelatedtoyour appointment will be

2.Separation:Employeesneedtoserve6Monthsofofficebeforelivingthecompanyitsmandatory.01Monthsis
requiredforgettingrelievedfromthecompanyotherwisecompanywilltakelegalactionagainstyou.However,the
companymayrelieveyouimmediately,atitssolediscretionormayreduce/increasethisnoticeperioddependingon
thebusinessperformance.
3.RightsReserved:TheCompanyreservestherighttoterminatetheassignment(job/duty)atitssolediscretion,without
anypriornoticeandduetononperformanceandorondisciplinarygrounds.Incentive/Salarypaymentsshallbemade
asperfulfillmentofminimumbranchrevenueandindividualtargetssetasidebythemanagementperiodicallywhich
willbecommunicatedtoyoubyyoursuperiorsbywayofphone/message/emails/verbally.
4.Deductiontowardspoorperformance:Companyreservestherighttodeductpart/fullamountofsalaryongroundsof
nonperformanceintheratioofbusinesstargetvis-à-vistargetachievedforwhichyoualreadyhaveagreedtoduring
thecourseofinterviewyouhadwithusbeforeyourjoiningtheorganisation.
5.Recoveryforlosses:Thecompanyreservestherighttotakenecessaryappropriatelegalactionagainstyou,intheevent
ofanydamage/lossescausedduetomisappropriationofcash/oractsofomission/commission/duetonegligenceon
yourpart.Anycashdiscrepancyyouwillberesponsibleforallthebrancheswhichareunderyourjurisdiction.
6.Secrecy:Thispositionisstrictlyconfidentialinnature.Hence,youshouldnotdiscloseaboutdetailsourworksetupor
businessprocess/modeltoanyunauthorizedperson(s),eitherduringorafteryourtenurewiththecompany,forany
reason,anyinformationabouttheinterestorbusinessofthecompanyoranyaffiliatedcompanies,youshallnot
communicatetoanypublicpapers,journalsorcausetobedisclosedatanytime,anyinformationordocuments,
officialorotherwiserelatingtothecompanyexceptwithpriorapprovalofthemanagement.

8.OutsideEmployment:Whileyouareintheserviceofthecompany,youareinnowayallowedtobeemployedinany
othercompanyonatemporaryorparttimebasisorofferyourserviceswithorwithoutpaytoanyperson,legalentity
orpublicauthorityortobeoccupiedinyourownbusinesswithoutpriorwrittenconsentofthecompany.
9.Disclosure:Youconfirmthatyouhavedisclosedalltheinformationrelatingtoyourpreviousexperience(s)completeto
thecompanyandallofyourbusinessinterests,whetherornottheyaresimilartoorinconflictwiththebusiness
interest,businessesoractivitiesofthecompanyandallcircumstancesinrespectofwhichthereisortheremightbe,a
conflictofinterestbetweenthecompanyandyouoranyimmediaterelative.
10.Rules®ulation:Yourservicewillbegovernedbyrulesandregulationsandcodeofethicslaiddownbythecompany.
Thecompanymaymakesuchrules/orlayoutsuchproceduresasmaybedeemednecessaryfortheimplementation/
administrationofthetermsandconditionsofyouremploymentasstatedhereinthisletterwithdueintimationtoyou
andthesamewillbebindingonyou.
11.General:Yourservicewillbesubjecttothefollowingterms&conditions
a)Youbeingmedicallyfitandfurnishingthecopiesofcertificatesinsupportofyourqualifications,previous
experience(s)andid&addressproof(Aadhaar/Passport/VotersId/DrivingLicense)
b)Receivingsatisfactoryreferencesandcertificatesfromyourpreviousemployers,ifany,asregardstoyou
satisfactoryperformancesandconduct
c)Wearedelightedtohaveyourcontractinthecompany.Pleaseindicateyourunderstandingandacceptancetothe
