The coffee collection plc has agreed to hire capital design studio plc for the works listed
below.
1.1. Scope of work
This agreement is about designing of the new sport bar and restaurant space located at
………. city …………sub city…………H/No………. built-up are……………. The scope of work
covers developing a floor plan for the newly built space and interior design with detailed
specifications.

Working drawings include
- Reflected Ceiling plan and
floor plan

designed design elements
* Specifications and bill of
quantity
2. Responsibilities of the client:
The client agrees to provide the flowing in a timely manner.
A. Access to the premises for measurements, inspections and analysis until the project is
completed.
B. Budgetary constraints and any specific preferences or requirements.
C. On time feedback and decisions on design proposals and material selections.
D. Timely payment of agreed-upon fees and expenses.
3. Responsibilities of the Designer
The Designer agrees to provide the services with professionalism, quality, and in a timely
manner.
4. Work schedules
Below are the work schedule divided into 3 (three) stages, Progress will be presented
at each stages as set in the following table.

5. Delivery media
All the design outputs will be produced and delivered on soft copy, except detailed working
drawings (working drawing documents shall be submitted on both Hard copy (A3 paper
format) and soft copy).
6. Remuneration
A. The client agrees to pay the designer Birr___________ including 15% vat for the
interior design services listed above. The fees cover the entire scope of work as outlines
in Section 1.1.
B. Additional works shall be implemented upon request of the client. Additional fees may
be charged for any project related expenses that are not listed on scope of work in
Section 1. The price for additional works shall be negotiated prior to completion of the
additional work.
7. Payment term:
1. The client agrees to pay the designer 50% advance Birr******* (one two three four)
upon signing of this agreement.
2. When the final design is completed (at stage 3 of the work schedule) the developer pay
the designer 30% Birr ………… (one two three four)
3. When the final submission of detail Drawings and 3D pictures the developer pay the
designer the remaining 20% Birr …………... (one two three four)
D. Late payment: the client agrees to the payment terms and agrees to pay the listed
amount on time. The designer will not be obligated to complete the work if payments are
not made on time.
8. Intellectual Property:
All designs, drawings, plans, specifications, and other documents prepared by the Designer
are the intellectual property of the Designer, and can not be used on other project. unless
otherwise agreed upon in writing with the designer.
9. confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed
during the course of the project.
10. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of

11. Entire Agreement:
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between both
parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements, whether written or oral.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in
this interior design work agreement contract. But if there is a party who does not fulfill the
contract agreement To the honorable party, shall get paid 10% of the total amount.
