QUIT CLAIM DEED

THE INDENTURE WITNESSETH: THAT

( Grantor) spouse of herein Grantee, in no consideration, do hereby remise, release and
quitclaim to BELINDA GALE NOW KNOWN AS BELINDA HALLBERG, whose

real property situate in the County of NYE, State of Nevada, bounded and described as
follows:

HALLBERG hereby executes this quitclaim Deed for the purposes of establishing that he
has no interest in the above described property by reason of the acquisition of the property by
the grantee named herein, nor does he claim any right, title or interest of any nature or kind
and specifically declaims any interest which he might otherwise be entitled to claim under
Nevada State Law as it relates to community property.

Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditament and appurtenances thereunto
belong or in anywise appertaining and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim
whatsoever for the said first party, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and
behoof of the said second party forever.
