Grading
The criteria for the assessment of student competence or performance apply to all programs for all subjects.

1. Enrollment Verification. Only students who are officially enrolled are permitted to attend classes.
2. Attendance Requirement. Students must attend all classes and laboratory sessions regularly and punctually.
3. Late Enrollment. Classes missed due to late enrollment will be counted as absences.
4. Medical Absences. Absences due to illness require a medical certificate for readmission to class. The certificate must be submitted to the course instructor or the
designated administrative office.
5. Tardiness. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late will be marked TARDY. Three instances of tardiness equal one absence.
6. Warning for Absences. Students absent for three class meetings must obtain a Warning Form on Student Absences from their respective College Deans.
7. Responsibility for Missed Work. Students are responsible for all missed lessons, tests, quizzes, activities, projects, homework, and assignments. Only students with
excused absences are allowed to make up missed work.
8. Maximum Absences. Students incurring more than seven absences in a full semester or five absences in a term schedule will be dropped from the course and given a
grade of 9.0.
9. Leaving Class Early. Students who leave the class after roll call and do not return will be considered absent.
Academic Honesty
1. Integrity. Students must maintain honesty and academic integrity at all times.
2. Cheating and Plagiarism. Students caught cheating or plagiarizing will face disciplinary actions, which may include suspension or expulsion, depending on the severity
of the offense.
Classroom Conduct
1. Respect. Students must show respect to teachers, classmates, and all persons in authority, both in and out of the classroom.
2. Mobile Phones. Mobile phones must be turned off or set to silent mode during classes, except when used for academic purposes with the instructor's consent.
3. Examination Protocol. During exams, all mobile phones must be surrendered to the instructor and retrieved after the exam.
4. Disruptions. Any student disrupting or disturbing classes will face disciplinary sanctions, which may vary depending on the nature of the disruption.
1. ID Requirement. All students must wear their official school ID at all times while on campus. The ID should be clearly visible and worn around the neck using a lanyard.
2. Uniform Policy. Students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform during class days except wash day. The uniform should be neat, clean, and worn properly
according to the school's dress code.

1. AI as a Learning Aid. Use AI tools to help with learning and research, but do not rely on AI to do the work.
2. Original Work. Any work submitted for assessment must be the student's own. AI-generated content must be appropriately attributed, and plagiarism rules apply to AI-
generated content as they do to any other source.
3. Ethical Use. AI tools should not be used for any form of cheating, including generating answers during exams or assignments.
4. Data Privacy. Students must ensure that any use of AI tools complies with data privacy regulations. Personal or sensitive information should not be inputted into AI
systems without ensuring appropriate data security measures.
5. Instructor Consent. For any AI tool use during class activities or assessments, students must seek prior approval from their instructors.
