BARANGAY TAX ORDINANCE NO.1
“AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING A FEE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A BARANGAY CLEARANCE,LUPONG
TAGAPAMAYAPA CLEARANCE OR CERTIFICATION.”
Be it enacated by the Sangguniang Barangay of Basak that;
SECTION 1.IMPOSITION OF FEE.There is hereby imposed a fee for the issuance of Barangay
Clearance,Lupong Tagapamayapa Clearance or certification in the amount prescribed below:
1.Barangay Clearance
a.) For purpose of securing a Mayor’s Permit P___________
b.) For purpose of renewing Mayor’s permit P___________
2.Lupon Tagapamayapa Clearance
a.)For employment ,scholarships or study grant P__________
b.)For purposes of securing a police clearance or court clearance P_________
c.)For passport or visa application P_________
d.)For purposes other than above P_________
3.Certification
a.)For employment ,scholarships or study grant P_________
b.)For purposes of securing a police,NBI or court clearance P_________
c.)For firearms permit application P_________
d.)For passport or visa application P________
e.)For change of name or Filipino citizenship P________
f.)For purpose other than the above P________
SECTION 2.TIME OF PAYMENT.The fee imposed shall be paid to the Barangay Treasurer upon
application or before the issuance of the corresponding clearance or certification being appied for.
SECTION 3.PENALTY.Any violation of this Ordinance be punished by an amount of not less than but not
more than.
