Position: Intern (Software Development)
Internship Duration: 06 Months
Approx. Stipend during Internship: Upto Rs. 11,000/- Per Month.
Approx. Package Post Internship: Based on performance during the internship, with a
potential CTC of Rs. 4,50,000 PA

Job Description:
Code is art; hence, Coditas is seeking folks passionate about clean coding and aspiring to
kickstart their careers in software development. At Coditas, you will get the opportunity to
hone your skills by working on cutting-edge tech stacks under the guidance of some of the most
experienced engineers in the industry
Educational Criteria:
A pursuing degree in BE/BTech ( CS/IT Only)
Pass out Year 2025 Batch Only
Percentage: 10th and 12th / Diploma should be 60% & above & 70% & above
aggregate in Graduation.
Skills Required:
Excellent Communication Skills- Strong verbal and written communication skills so that you
collaborate well with your team and clients
The ability to solve problems for the job calls for tackling real-world digital problems.
A strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn and become a rockstar coder.
Basic knowledge of coding, because, well, you’re going to be a professional software engineer!
Recruitment Process:
1. Applications Filtering: Based on academic record (percentage/branches/pass out
year), profiles will be shortlisted.
2. Online Group Discussion 1 & 2 : A group discussion is a collaborative conversation
among candidates where they discuss a given topic, allowing the interviewers to assess
their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. Online Technical Round Level 1: The L1 Technical Interview is an initial technical
assessment focused on evaluating the candidate's overall knowledge and expertise in
relevant technical areas for the internship role.
4. Online Technical Round Level 2: The L2 Technical Interview is a more in-depth
technical evaluation, often conducted by senior experts.
5. Communication round (Final HR Round and Offer): This round is crucial for
determining their ability to articulate thoughts clearly and effectively

This internship program is designed to provide an invaluable experience for professionalgrowth.
While full-time placement is not guaranteed, Coditas may offer outstanding performers a full-time
position with a package of Rs. 4.5 LPA. This offer is subject to the management's decision and the
candidate's performance during the internship.

Participate in a structured training program focused on technical tracks.
Participate in workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions designed to enhance technical
skills and promote creative thinking.
