RESOLUTION REQUESTING TO THE TAIHEIYO CEMENT PHILIPPINES INC. (TCPI) SOUTH POBLACION,
SAN FERNANDO, CEBU TO PROVIDE FIVE HUNDRED BAGS (500) OF CEMENT FOR CONTINUATION OF
ROAD CONCRETING OF THE REMAINING 2.4 KILOMETERS IN BARANGAY OF BASAK, SAN FERNANDO,
CEBU.
WHEREAS, the proposed program of work for the continuation of barangay road concreting
project of Barangay Basak, San Fernando, Cebu, was presented before the body for consideration.
WHEREAS, The Sangguniang Barangay Council of Barangay Basak, yearly implemented the
continuation of the road concreting project in gradual manner.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the program of work the sand and Gravel, deform bar, from coco
lumber including one bagger concrete mixer and vibrator shall be funded 20% of Barangay.
WHEREAS, during the deliberation, it has been agreed to request to the TAIHEIYO CEMENT
PHILIPPINES INCORPORATED ask five hundred bags of cement for the continuation of Basak barangay
road.
THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Gegenio S. Sarol duly seconded by all the members of the body
it was.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to request the TAIHEIYO CEMENT PHILIPPINES
INCORPORATED (TCPI) South Poblacion, San Fernando, Cebu, to provide five hundred bags (500) of
cement for continuation of road concreting of the remaining 2.4 kilometers of the barangay road of
Basak, San Fernando, Cebu.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this resolution to the office of TCPI for the immediate
action.
