Inspection of Installation of ist and 2 nd layer of 4mm of water proofing
membrane on blocks of MH-4 (RFI C-169 & C-170)
Inspection of Installation of Ist & 2nd layer of 4mm of water proofing
membrane on blocks of CMH-3(RFI C-171 and C-172)
Pouring of screed of base of MH-4 and CMH-3(RFI C 173 7 C-174)
2nd layer of wall putty application in telecom room
From work & Grouting of Precast elements joints
Screeding in for base slab in MV-04 and CMH-3

Fixing of waterproofing membrane of northern wall of cable tunnel-1
Areas of concerns/issues
Manpower availability is not as per the available work fronts.
Precast Main elements erection completed but other small elements erection
is still remaining, must be completed at the earliest.
Some erected precast elements are damaged, needs repair/rectification at the
earliest.
There are gaps in between the erected precast elements needs
finishing/closing at the earliest .
The room readiness date of telecom and clean agent room was Oct 4,2024 but
still not ready.
The delivery date of steel support structure is Oct 3, 2024 but still not
delivered.
Construction schedule & PQP is still not approved, must be get approved.
Over all Civil work is 43% behind the scheduled work as per the submitted
weekly report.
Detailed BOQ (covering all scope of the required work and weightage of every
item) of the project must be provided.
