Bolivia on fire

Was Evo Morales displaced?

The abrupt end of the worn out government of the Andean Popular Front, representative of
French and Spanish imperialism.

The media worldwide, showing chaos in the main Bolivian and Chilean cities. At the beginning of
the year they were the same images, but in Venezuela and recently in Ecuador. No one can doubt
that the South American continent creaks from its foundations.

On the other side of the world, the same images in Beirut, Baghdad, Hong Kong and after the
Atlantic: Catalonia and recently Tehran, in the Middle East. The world and continental "peace,
order and governance" craved by the large predatory transnationals were broken. Nothing it will
be the same. Long live the mass rebellion and revolutionary self-organization.

Who wants to find "critical support" to one of the bourgeois sides that dispute political power in
Bolivia, in this short note, wastes his time. Its author is declared an enemy of the pseudo political
theory of "fields" invented at the beginning of the last century by the old traitorous / corrupt
European social democracy, and later popularized by Stalin, Mao Tse Tung, Mandela and the
Castro brothers.

With this deception they managed to defraud and lead to defeat the world struggles of the last 85
years. That is, they are the doctors and nurses of the international capitalist system. I affirm it,
although there are honest people who hurt to read this, but it is true. And the truth is never
painless.

How comfortable and beautiful it is to write what you think, without there being a boss, boss,
manager, director or bureaucrat "general secretary" that imposes oppression, whims and
censorship.

The cost to enjoy this right is not to owe favors to any parasite with economic and political power
of this bourgeois society, and to endure to survive even as one more outcast, in the underworld of
the economy called "informal economy."

It is magnificent to write - well or badly - with the intention of contributing a "grain of sand" to the
liberation of the international working class, but based only on the convictions and awareness of
who is responsible for the text.

Because, it is unavoidable that ideas refract material interests. It is the existence that shapes the
consciousness and therefore it is inevitable then to align with this or that social class, stratum or
sector of bourgeois society. I choose to be unconditionally on the side of the outcasts, who
produce wealth, those who put their skins daily and who have no rights, and when they manage to
have them, they raise their hands exercising direct democracy and engender revolutions.
What is behind the international "smoke" campaign of the press about whether there was a coup
or not in Bolivia? How can it be explained that "the progressive side" and "the coup" defend and
submit to the same Bolivian reactionary Bonapartist Constitution of 1826-2009? It is similar to
what happens in Venezuela.

The sun can be hidden or eclipsed, but just fleetingly. In the Bolivian Altiplano a political
Tsunami has been brewing, which is waking up and taking its first steps. This historic political
hurricane is called: Mass political revolution with the worn out government of the Popular Front
scented from Paris and Madrid. The government demagogy and deception broke down, the
Bolivian exploited majority not only stopped believing Evo but also earned a deserved class
hatred.

From the most sterile political sects, to the imperialist transnationals and their enormous world
press media, they tremble with fear. They know that Tsunami, if it develops, it will bring back
the revolutionary ghost of 1952 and its Pulacayo theses. They know that if they expel the pimps
that have appropriated the “COB” (Bolivian Labor Central), they can take power in their hands,
and establish a government of their own fighting organizations, controlled under the rigor of
direct democracy. That is, a revolutionary workers and peasants government.

Long live the rebel exploited masses of the Bolivian plateau!

Ascent and ruin of “MAS” Government.

I affirm that Evo Morales, came to the government of Bolivia, with the support of the Aymara
working masses and collas discriminated since the Spanish colonization. Like it or not, that was a
fact of reality. Millions of mining workers, poor and well-off peasants, and a large sector of the
urban middle classes of the Bolivian highlands and the Chapare gave their support during their first
and second term.

The “COB” buried its political independence from the bourgeoisie and the state that they
conquered - with much spilled worker blood - since 1952, with their Pulacayo thesis, and it was
transformed into an Evo’s government office.

In exchange for such betrayal, the usurping mining bureaucrats of the “COB” received the
ministries of Mining, Labor and Press. No one wants to remember it.

Nobody told me, it hurts to recognize it, but it was like that, because I could verify it. I even fought
so that this would not happen, and I was tactically defeated alongside a handful of activists who
learned to fight in the international labor movement by adopting the Pulacayo Theses, which
teach a political orientation independent of the exploiting classes and their different regimes. I
must also say that I underestimated the insight of the bourgeoisie, because I bet that the duration
of that political coup would be shorter and it turned out that it lasted for almost a decade.

In 2005-2006, millions believed in Evo when he said it was over with the racist imperialist
humiliation, embodied in the white Camba eastern bourgeoisie . They reluctantly accepted
Linera's "white ass" as vice president, because they were hidden that he was the director in Bolivia
of “Le monde Diplomatic”, a representative of French imperialism and his interests in Bolivia. No
one can prove otherwise, although there are people who do not want to see it without closing
their eyes, because their feelings betray them. I discard those who knew it and then suffered
"amnesia", those who continue to live with their bad smelling conscience.

It is also unquestionable that Evo, finished settling his Bolivarian regime with the boom in
commodity surcharges, which began from 2009 to 2014, along with the cruel defeat that infringed
the exploited sectors that opposed his precarious political plans labor. But my memory tells me
that the first political break with the MAS (Movement to Socialism) , was in 2010, and it was led
by the factory workers in “La Paz”, who rebelled when his government decreed that the salary
increase cap would be 5%. The Popular Front government showed its "Banzerist claws" and cruelly
repressed them until they were defeated. Remember that the first General Strike was in May
2013. It seems a lie. No one wants to remember it.

Then another political crisis came, when he massacred the poor peasants of TIPNIS ( September
2011), to build a new and cheap route for the large transport companies that would unite Bolivia
with Brazil.

But the Evo bonapartization did not stop there, he crushed the mining strikes of Huanuni, Catavi,
20th century, etc. It was the “Banzerista” murderous army and the police who repressed and
tortured the labor activists. Who denies it, or believes that I am a slanderer, can still find this
information on Google.

These brutalities were committed by Evo and his gang, while making economic concessions to a
sector of the peasant aristocracy known as the " Ponchos rojos", to small entrepreneurs and urban
merchants.

He had plenty of impunity, because the pimps of the “COB” were ministers, in exchange for hiding
and silencing the atrocities of the government and the big miners.

He also formed a caste of state employees, which he later strengthened by bringing professionals
from Cuba, to gain a stable middle class social base. To the unemployed hungry, he fed them on
condition that they were tribune in their political acts, and that they stay away from the large
unions and federations that make up the “COB”.

In parallel, he manufactured a bourgeoisie contractor of the state, 100% parasitic and scammer;
which covered the construction items, supplies of materials for administration, etc. This was
called: Amazonian Andean Capitalism. Pluricultural state.

All this colorful and sound political publicity, was to deceive the revolutionary masses that came
from overthrowing the government of "Goni" (Sanchez de Lozada) in 2003, and that were
scratching the power, in front of the “Palacio Quemado” in “Plaza Murillo”. The task of the
Popular Front governments is that, abort the revolution. With carrot, cheat and stick / bullets.
The killer Armed Forces decorated by the “MAS”.

Evo jealously guarded the genocidal “banzeristas” Armed Forces; in the gloom he dropped some
old generals and overly hated by the masses, but preserved the murderous officers. He did the
same with the rancid apparatus of the judiciary. Enjoying having a majority in the congress.

As he settled the new "plurinational" regime, time played against him. He resolved it by reforming
the retrograde constitution of 1826, and for this they organized a Constituent Assembly that met
for three years. This "new constitution" entered into force in 2009-2010. Achieving legality in
order to re-elect.

But after the progressive brushstrokes that this reform contained, for example, by assigning more
rights to the poor and discriminated people, a slightly higher mandatory share of hydrocarbon
royalties to the state, concealed a tremendous bonapartist monstrosity: The "guardian" institution
that had to watch over the democratic guarantees, in case of any governance crisis, Can you guess
who they would be? The “banzeristas” Armed Forces. No one wants to say it now or remember.
"Progressive" and "Fascist" hide it because it is not convenient for them to know that this delicate
matter is known to the masses.

If the history of our continent is full of rudeness, in Bolivia everything is grotesque. Because the
state is made to facilitate the transnational mining and now oil companies that can prey at ease
and craving.

If you still have the capacity to be amazed, I tell you that I am also legislated that, any presidential
replacement could be made, for different reasons (illness, death, resignation, etc.) provided that
the Supreme Electoral Tribunal recognizes the highest authorities of the Senate, such as Natural
substitutes to occupy the position of interim president, so that in a period not exceeding 90 days
call for new national elections.

This Andean Bonapartist constitution - where the president and the Armed Forces hold a quasi-
monarchical power - is tailored to European and Yankee oil and mining looters. They made it
happen as "revolutionary and anti imperialist," "progressive and multicultural." Because with the
trap of the Constituent Assembly they decorated it with a myriad of articles that for the first time
formally recognize the different ethnic groups of the Bolivian territory, with their “Wiphala” flag,
but being abstract and generic they end up being a mere demagogic and decorative aspect to that
old and stale constitution of two centuries ago.

The racist bourgeoisie “Santacruceña” occupies the presidency.

Currently there are plenty of legal reasons for the Camba racist bourgeoisie , to
justify the atrocities they are doing. That archaic constitution is made for that.
Jeanine Añez held the presidency without the congress approving the
Evo’resignation , because there was no Quorum, because the “MAS” senators did
not appear. It was enough that the Supreme Electoral Tribunal - the same one that
annulled the results of the plebiscite that Evo lost for the new tetra reelection -
gave its approval. It is a mechanism "as democratic" as that of the Vatican to elect
the Pope.
No one should be astonished at it; What is blatant is that those who call
themselves "progressives", "democrats", and even false "revolutionaries" now hide
their support for this constitution of the "cave age"; Ashamed, because they have
sustained it for a decade. Cynical

Evo: between the panic of ending as De la Rúa and Khadafy.

When the Popular Front government loses the Bonapartist control of the working class, peasants
and student youth, comes revolution or fascism. The rest is deception.

For two years the process of rupture or political revolution against the “MAS” government has
been loud and incessant. That explains the absence of battalions of miners, poor peasants, and
students when it comes to "defending" the government. Even the “COB” dome had to rearrange
and move away from the government. And it was the first to publicly ask EVO to resign. The press
media hide it happily. Then the church, the “banzeristas” Armed Forces, the Student Federation,
etc. Evo was more alone than "Hitler on friend's day".

Therefore, he did not wait for his resignation and fled. As De la Rua did in Argentina in 2001, to
avoid ending up hanging in “Plaza Murillo”, as happened to the Libyan Khadafy and his whole
family. But not for the Camba racist bourgeois bands, but for the working class and the poor
people. If not, Why didn't he take refuge in Huanuni? Or, In any other mining town? Why didn't he
organize a mining militia with dynamite in hand, against the “banzeristas” Armed Forces?

Simply because the base miners hate him. Under their 12 years of government they saw the
conquest of a bloody century of struggle lose. Nobody says it but it is the truth.

The traitorous leaders of the COB must be expelled.

Evo showed that he was more afraid of the irruption that came from the Bolivian working class
than of the Camba bourgeoisie . It is thus intended that the dirty work of massacring the exploited
people be done by the "fascist bourgeoisie." It remains to be seen, in this class war who will
triumph.

I will bet that the working class, salaried and student together with the poor peasantry, narrow
ranks to expel all the collaborationist leaders that comes from supporting the government. That it
conquer its departmental organizations of struggle, that direct democracy reigns and that the
“COB” resounds again in “La Paz” with its dynamites and its workers militias, as in 1952. But this
time occupying and taking power in its hands. Conquering a genuinely revolutionary Workers and
Peasants government, only then will mining and hydrocarbon riches be at the service of the
martyred Bolivian working people. That it will not hesitate to call its Chilean brothers to follow its
path.
