Note:
1. Reporting time for candidates for physical test at the venue is from 0500 hours to 1000 hours on the specified dates.
2. Medical Examination of successful candidates of physical tests will be conducted concurrently from 12 Nov 2024 to 26
Nov 2024.
3. Candidates will only be permitted to participate in recruitment rally as per the schedule/ dates given for each state/
district.

4. Educational Qualification.
(a) Soldier (General Duty) : Class 10th / Matric Pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For grade
system minimum D Grade (33-40) in each subjects of grade which contains 33% and over
aggregate of C2 grade.
(b) Soldier (Clerk) : 10+2/Intermediate Exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in
aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths/
Accounts/Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.
(c) Soldier (Tradesmen) : Class 10th Pass with min 33% in each subject.

5. Minimum Requirement.
Age - 18 to 42 years
Weight - Minimum 50 Kg
Height - 160 cms (157 cms in case of Domicile of Eastern states & hill region of West Bengal
(i.e Darjeeling & Kalimpong Districts)
Chest - 82 cms (77 cms unexpanded)

7. Physical Fitness Test. Physical fitness tests will include - 1.6 Km Run, Pull Ups, Balance & 9 Feet ditch and trade test for
tradesmen.
8. Documents required.
(a) Birth certificate issued by Registrar of Births and Deaths or 10th Class Board certificate showing date of birth.
(b) Education certificate with marksheet including Board certificate in original.
(c) Domicile certificate with photograph issued by Tehsildar/District Magistrate.
(d) 20 copies of good quality passport size coloured photographs.
(e) PAN Card and AADHAAR Card.
(f) Caste/Tribe/Community certificate affixed with photograph of the candidate issued by Tehsildar/Sub Divisional Magistrate/
District Magistrate.
(g) Religion certificate to be issued by the Tehsildar/SDM (if religion as “SIKH/HINDU/MUSLIM/CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned
in the caste certificate).
(h) Character certificate with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporal SHO/Head of Educational Institute
within last six months.
(j) Married/Unmarried certificate issued by village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation with last six months.
(k) Relationship Certificates who are son of serving soldier/Son of ex-Servicemen/Son of war widow are required to
produce relationship certificate issued by record office.
(i) A declaration in Affidavit on Ten Rupees Non-Judicial Stamp paper prepared by ESM duly signed by 1st
Class/Executive/Judicial Magistrate.
(ii) Original Discharge Book of ex-servicemen with Name and Date of Birth recorded in it.
(l) Sports Certificates issued by National/State Sports Authorities or Government bodies for particular sport.
(International/Senior/Junior National/Khelo India Games/State level upto 4th position in team/State School team)

Note.
1. Territorial Army is purely voluntary organization with part time commitment only and does not provide or promise any permanent
employment nor guarantee about pension in future.
2. The initial period of enrolment will be 07 (Seven) years only.
3. Authorities conducting rally will not be responsible for any accident/ injuries to the candidates during recruitment rally.
4. Do not pay bribe and beware of touts.
5. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate during the Recruitment Rally. Candidates are requested to arrange for food/lodging under
own arrangement.
6. Legal action will be taken against candidates providing false information or documents during Recruitment Rally.
7. It at any point of time it is found that candidate is involved in unfair means, he will be taken out from Recruitment Rally.
8. Mobile phones/Smart watches meant for communication or photography will not be brought to rally site.
