GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR OFFLINE AND ONLINE MODE OF INSTRUCTION. On the first day of class, Instructor should be able to:

1. Survey the students’ capacity and frequency to go offline and online during the entire semester;
2. Identify the type of gadget/s the students have (e.g. laptop, tablet, mobile phone);
3. Determine the online platform/application that the students are able to access (e.g. email, Google, any learning app, Messenger, etc);
4. Gather all students’ contact information — email address, mobile number, and Facebook/Messenger account;
5. Request students to use their complete given name in all online platform/application;
6. Provide his/her contact information to all students — email address, mobile number, and Facebook/Messenger account;
7. Require all students to immediately join the official online class page (e.g. Google Classroom, FB Closed Group Page), and/or online group
chat (e.g. Messenger, Hangout)
8. Share his/her consultation schedule (Day, Time, Mode — text message and/or online chat) to the students for inquiries or clarification;
