Series of 2024-2025

A RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING FINES FOR NON-ATTENDANCE AND


LATENESS IN MEETING WITH THE COMMITTEE MEMBER

WHEREAS, regular attendance and punctuality are crucial for the effective functioning of school
committees and organization;
WHEREAS, the absence of committee members without proper justification hinders the
progress of committee work;
WHEREAS, the school administration is committed to fostering a culture of responsibility and
accountability among committee members and CSC officers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following guidelines and penalties shall be
implemented:
ATTENDANCE
1. Required Attendance. All committee members are required to
attend all meetings unless they have a valid and documented reason
for absence.
2. Punctuality. Committee members are expected to arrive at the
meeting on time. A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed for
latecomers. Beyond this grace period, the member will be considered
late and subject to penalties.
3. Excuse. Only officers and/or committee member who have notified
their absence 24 hours before the meeting will be considered
excused.

PENALTIES
1. Lateness. Committee members who arrive late to a meeting beyond
the 15-minutes grace period shall be subject to a fine of Twenty Pesos
(Php 20.00).
2. Absence. Committee members who are absent from a meeting
without a valid and documented reason shall be subject to a fine of
Fifty Pesos (Php 50.00).
3. Written Explanation. All absent committee members are required to
submit a written explanation outlining the reason for their absence
within the meeting. This explanation shall be submitted to the
committee chair or CSC Adviser.

Article III. Implementation


Section 1. Effective Date. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its approval by the
school administration.
Section 2. Dissemination. Copies of this resolution shall be posted in conspicuous areas within
the school premises and disseminated to all committee members through official school
channels.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the school administration shall review and amend this
resolution as necessary to ensure its effectiven ess in promoting responsible and accountable
committee participation.
