Paluwa, Kadawatha, hereby authorize Mr. Chirath, Director, Green Cabin to undertake the

monitoring of our electrical system and to provide the necessary drawings and Bill of Quantities
(BOQs) as per the requirements specified by us.

Scope of Work:

1. Electrical System Monitoring:

o Evaluation of current electrical system and identification of monitoring needs.
o Setup of monitoring devices and systems to measure parameters for connected Loads.
o Monitoring and analyzing electrical parameters to recalculate the system with balancing of
loads, safety and cost optimizing.
2. Provision of Drawings for Recommended Changes:
o Preparation of detailed electrical system drawings as per the current configurations with
including safety devices for equipment’s.
o Ensuring all drawings meet the industry standards and compliance requirements.
3. Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for Recommended Changes:
o Preparation of comprehensive BOQs for recommended new installations, and upgrades.
o Inclusion of detailed specifications and quantities for all materials and components required.
o Ensuring the BOQs align with the project requirements and budget constraints.
Responsibilities:
• Green Cabin:
o Maintain clear communication with our team for any clarifications or additional
requirements while electrical system monitoring.
o Provide available details of machine equipment’s and available drawings.
o Provide access to the necessary areas and systems for monitoring and assessment.

o Ensure timely payments as per the agreed terms and conditions.
• Magnatech Engineering Solution (PVT) Ltd:
o Diagnose and document any issues, inefficiencies, or potential risks identified during the
monitoring process.
o Update and maintain drawings to incorporate any changes or upgrades performed during
the monitoring period.
o Ensure all drawings comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and
compliance requirements.
o Prepare detailed BOQs for any recommended upgrades or rectifications identified during the
monitoring process.
o Include detailed specifications and quantities for all materials, components, and labor
required for the recommended actions.
o Ensure the BOQs align with the overall project requirements, budget constraints, and
timelines.

duration will be mutually agreed upon in writing.
