EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Burger Bliss is homely business where you can enjoy delicious and healthy burgers. It
will provide customers with the best quality burgers which are worth its price. It aims to
provide quick service and the burgers are at cheapest price without compromising on the
quality. The very idea of the Burger Bliss came from the notion that nowadays people are
busy with their schedule and spare very little time to eat. So, The Burger Bliss mainly focuses
on the take away customers rather than providing them with a fine dining setting. Such fast
food item will give the customers overall satisfaction.
CHAPTER l
INTRODUCTION OF BURGER BLISS
Burger bliss is a quick-service business focusing on burgers as its main product. It is
composed of bread, egg, lettuce, ham, cucumber, slice cheese, ketchup and mayonnaise. It is
preferred for people or students to have their meals (if they want) and even their snacks
readily serve in a small amount of time due to time pressure from schools and other social
activities. It will lessen the amount of preparing their food to eat which makes them more
efficient from their everyday activities.
Burger shop is one of the many people tend to dump because of its fast serving and it will fit
into their time as students. More so, people in today's generation becomes more health
conscious when it comes to the foods and drinks they were getting from everyday life's
needed food and drinks.
The mission statement focuses on providing customers with the good best value money
through competitive prices and quality services.
The vision statement is aiming to be the "most profitable Quick Service Business" serving
more customers delicious burger each day around this community.
MARKETING ASPECT
MARKETING MIX (4Ps)
A. Product
Burger Bliss is composed of bread, lettuce, egg, ham, pipino, sliced cheese, ketchup and
mayonnaise. It is preferred for people or students to have their meal or snacks when they
want a fast-serving food.
B. Price
Burger Bliss pricing strategies are based mainly on the business strategies and its emphasis
on minimizing cost and prices. In this component of the marketing mix, appropriate pricing
of products is considered. So we will sell it whole and half, for the whole burger will costs at
Php. 30.00 and for the half burger will costs at Php15.00.
C. Place
This component of the marketing mix refers to the venues or location that the firm uses to
transact with target customers (students). The target place of our business is in this school,
the Saint Philomene of Alcala, Incorporated.
D. Promotion
Burger Bliss employs various tactics to promote its products. This component of the
marketing mix covers the tactics used to communicate with the target market about the firm's
offers. We will use social media buss as promotion of our product.
CHAPTER ll
OPERATIONAL ASPECT
LOCATION OF THE BUSINESS
The location of our business is at the Saint Philomene of Alcala, Inc., which is located at
Centro Sur, Alcala, Cagayan. It is a school where the highschool students are studying. It is
because the target of this product is the school of Saint Philomene of Alcala Inc. The students
from the school and also their teacher who usually buy during their break are counted as our
target. Those students can buy to our business for their snack time, it will be easier for them
to choose what they want for their snack, and it will help us to have our customers too.
