2. After this office has gathered all necessary pieces of evidence and the testimonies of
the witnesses, a case of Homicide, defined and penalized under Article 249 of the Revised
Penal Code was filed with the Negros Occidental Provincial Prosecutors Office, Bacolod City
Negros Occidental against the suspect Judel Percojeles alias Tanggol 22 years old,single, a
resident of Sitio Maloloy- on Brgy. Punao regarding the stabbing incident happened on or
about 10: 00 o'clock in the morning on December 1, 2023 inside the Mabuni's Bullgbar at
Sitio Mabuni Brgy. Guadalupe San Carlos City Nagros Occidental for their further study,
evaluation and final disposition.
