 I. Program Description & Objectives
The BSc in Cyber Security (CSEC) program, validated at Ain Shams University’s
Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences in 2018, aims to graduate
qualified security specialists, who are capable of using and applying digital
security theoretical concepts, techniques and the technological means, which
prevent the unauthorized use, misuse and retrieval of electronic information
and the information and communication systems they contain, in such a way
to enhance the protection, confidentiality and privacy of data from the
cyberspace risks .

Vision of Cyber Security Program

The Cyber Security Program of the Faculty of Computing and

Information, Ain Shams University, seeks to prepare graduates with
competitive capability within the dynamic world of the cyber security
field, in order to meet the actual evolving needs of the labor market at
the local, regional and global levels.

Cyber Security Program Mission

Preparing specialized cadres with advanced scientific qualification in the field

of Cyber Security, capable of respecting and meeting the social and moral
values, and who have high scientific, research and applied skills to meet the
needs of society and the changing market locally, regionally and globally in a
distinct way that helps in achieving integrated and sustainable development.

• International Dual Degree with the University of East London (UEL)

Egypt and abroad

III. Admission Requirements

1- Must have a high school diploma in the math or science section or its
equivalent. Science section must have passes Math 2 course or enroll in it at
the faculty and should pass it before graduation.
2- Admission is based on the minimum grade accepted by the college in the
year the student obtained his/her (Egyptian general secondary - secondary
Arab and foreign equivalence), taking into account the geographical
distribution in accordance with what is decided by the Supreme Council of

 Universities, and after taking the opinion of the University Council and the
College Board.
3- Must pass the medical examination that proves that the student is free from
contagious diseases and is fit to pursue the studies for which he/she is
applying, in accordance with the rules established by the University Council
and the College Board.
4- It is permissible to accept the transfer of a new student from other colleges
to the credit hour programs, provided that the student obtains the minimum
admission limit for admission to computers and information colleges or its
equivalent, with the necessary course equivalence to be made.
5- It is permissible to transfer a fully successful student, or student failing a
maximum of two courses, from the mainstream system to the credit hour
programs system, and the necessary course equivalence to be made.

‫يهدف برنامج البكالوريوس في األمن السيبراني (‪ ،)CSEC‬المصادق عليه من كلية الحاسبات‬

‫والمعلومات بجامعة عين شمس في عام ‪ ،2018‬إلى تخريج متخصصين أمنيين مؤهلين في المجال ‪،‬‬
‫قادرين على استخدام وتطبيق المفاهيم النظرية والتقنيات والوسائل التكنولوجية لألمن الرقمي ‪ ،‬والتي‬
‫تحول دون االستخدام غير المصرح به أو اإلساءة في استخدام واسترجاع المعلومات اإللكترونية‬
‫وأنظمة المعلومات واالتصاالت التي تحتويها ‪ ،‬بما يعزز حماية وسرية وخصوصية البيانات من‬
‫مخاطر الفضاء اإللكتروني‪.‬‬

‫رؤية برنامج األمن السيبراني‬

‫يسعى برنامج األمن السيبراني لكلية الحاسبات والمعلومات جامعة عين شمس إلى إعداد‬
‫خريجين ذات قدرة تنافسية في عالم متغير في مجال األمن السيبراني لتلبية االحتياجات الفعلية‬
‫المتطورة لسوق العمل على المستويات المحلية واإلقليمية والعالمية‪.‬‬

‫إعداد كوادر مؤهلة تأهيال علميا متطورا ً في مجال األمن السيبراني‪ ،‬قادرين على احترام وتلبية القيم‬

‫‪ .3‬خريج هصاا البرنصامج يصدرس المقررات المقررة على األقسصصصصام األخرى بصالكليصة بصاإلضصصصصافصة إلى‬
‫المقررات المتقصدمصة في األمن السصصصصيبراني التي تجعصل الخريج متميزا في هصاا المجصال عن‬
‫خريجي كليات الحاسبات والمعلومات االعتيادية‪.‬‬
‫‪ .4‬تتضصمن المقررات الدراسصية التي ييصتمل عليها البرنامج أحد المعلومات والتقنيات في مجال‬
‫التخصصصصصص وتواكل ما يتم تدريسصصصصه في الجصامعصات التقنيصة الرائدة على مسصصصصتوى العصالم مثصل‬
‫جصامعصات )‪ (Oxford, California, Stanford, Harvard…..‬ممصا يتيح للخريج تكملصة‬
‫دراسة الماجستير والدكتوراه بنفس التخصص في هاه الجامعات بسهولة‪.‬‬

‫الميكالت وإعداد التقارير العلمية وأساليل العرض والمناقية‪.‬‬

‫‪ .7‬االهتمام بالتدريل العملي للطالب سصصواء في المعامل والمختبرات بالكلية أو بقطاع الصصصناعة‬
‫والمؤسسات واليركات في القطاعات اإلنتاجية والخدمية بالمجتمع‪.‬‬
‫‪ .8‬االرتباط بسصصوق العمل والتفاعل مع المجتمع وذلب بتحديد االحتياجات الالزمة في مواصصصفات‬
‫الخريج وإدراجهصا بمحتويصات المقررات الصدراسصصصصيصة إلكسصصصصصاب الطالب التقنيصات والمهصارات‬
‫لمواكبة هاه االحتياجات‪.‬‬
‫‪ .9‬اإلشصصصصراف األكاديمي الكصامل على الطالب من خالل تعيين ميصصصصرف أكاديمي لكل طالل من‬
‫أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمساعدته وإرشاده إلى تطبيق نظام الساعات المعتمدة‪.‬‬
‫‪-10‬تطبيق نظم تقييم األداء وضمان الجودة طبقا للمعايير التي تحددها الهيئة القومية لضمان الجودة‬
‫واالعتماد‪.‬‬
‫‪ -11‬يعتمد البرنامج على نظام الساعات المعتمدة برسوم دراسية كما يدعم وييجع األوائل بتخفيض‬
‫الرسوم الدراسية لهم بنسل تتراوح ما بين ‪ %10‬إلى ‪.%30‬‬
‫‪ -12‬خطة تعين االثنين األوائل من الخريجين كمعيدين في القسم المختص بالكلية‪.‬‬
‫‪ -13‬خطة إنياء برامج للدراسات العليا لخريجي البرنامج (برنامج ماجستير)‬
‫‪15‬‬
‫‪ -14‬يهتم البرنامج بالتدريل العملي للطالب سواء بالتدريل في المعامل والمختبرات بالكلية على‬
‫أحد لغات البرمجة المتخصصة وأيضا التدريل في اليركات المتخصصة في إنتاج‬
‫البرمجيات (مثل شركة ‪.)Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, Dell-EMC…etc.‬‬

‫شروط االلتحاق بالبرنامج‬ ‫ج‪.‬‬

‫أن يكون حاصصالً على شصهادة الدراسصة الثانوية العامة شصعبة علمي رياضصة أو شصعبة علوم أو ما‬ ‫‪.1‬‬
‫يعادلها‪ ،‬ويجل على طالب شصعبة العلوم اجتياز مقرر الرياضصيات ‪ 2‬بالثانوية العامة‪ ،‬واال على‬
‫الطالل أن يلتحق به بالكلية واجتيازه قبل التخرج‬
‫يكون القبول بترتيصل درجصات النجصاح مع مراعصاة التوزيع الجغرافي وفقصا لمصا يقرره المجلس‬ ‫‪.2‬‬
‫األعلى للجامعات‪ ،‬وبعد أخا رأى مجلس الجامعة ومجلس الكلية‪.‬‬
‫أن يثبت الكيصصصف الطبي خلو الطالل من األمراض المعدية وصصصصالحيته لمتابعة الدراسصصصة التي‬ ‫‪.3‬‬
‫يتقدم لها وفقا ً للقواعد التي يضعها مجلس الجامعة ومجلس الكلية‪.‬‬
‫يجوز قبول تحويصل الطصالصل الجصديصد من كليصات أخرى إلى برامج السصصصصاعصات المعتمصدة بيصصصصرط‬ ‫‪.4‬‬
‫حصصصصول الطالل على الحد األدنى للقبول في كليات الحاسصصصبات والمعلومات أو ما يعادلها‪ ،‬مع‬
‫معادلة المقررات الالزمة‪.‬‬
‫يجوز تحويل الطالل الناجح نجاحا ً كامالً أو منقول بمادة أو منقول بمادتين والمقيد بنظام الفصلين‬ ‫‪.5‬‬
‫الدراسيين أو نظام الساعات المعتمدة إلى نظام الدراسة بالساعات المعتمدة بالبرامج الجديدة ويتم‬
‫عمل المقاصة الالزمة‪.‬‬
‫يجوز التحويل بعد الفرقة األولي والثانية فق ‪.‬‬ ‫‪.6‬‬
‫ال ييرط عند التحويل أن يكون سكن الطالل يتبع جامعة عين شمس جغرافيا‪.‬‬ ‫‪.7‬‬
