She has further stated that the State Board of Technical Education and Training, diploma examinations are still going on and the Spot Valuation will be commenced from 08.05.2015 on wards. The services of the contract employees are essentially required for spot valuation and evaluation of the Diploma papers. She has requested to issue necessary orders for continuation and renewal of the (798 existing) Posts of Contract / Outsourcing services by giving one week break, from 08.05.2015 to 30.06.2016 as per norms of the contract posts beyond 30.04.2015 with effect from 08.05.2015 as per the norms of the Contract posts for the smooth running of the academic activities in the Government Polytechnics in the state of Andhra Pradesh for the academic. year 2015-16. 2. After examination of the request of the Commissioner of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and in pursuance of the orders issued by the Finance (H.R) Department in the reference 6" read above, Government hereby renew the services of (798) contractual / outsourced staff working in various Government Polytechnics in the State of Andhra Pradesh (who are continuously working from June 2, 2014 to 31 March, 2015, with the prior permission of the Finance Department) with effect from 08.08.2018 up to 30.06.2015 for smooth running of the academic activity in the Government Polytechnics in the State of Andhra Pradesh, subject to the existing terms and conditions and as per the guidelines issued by the Government from time to time. The list of (798) contract / outsourcings staff is appended to this order. 3. The Commissioner of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to take further necessary action as per rules, conditions and guidelines on contract / outsourcing services issued by the Government from time to time.
