Task 1 : Read the following passage and answer the questions.

Solar System

The Solar System is made up of the Sun and all the objects that orbit around it. The Sun
is orbited by planets, asteroids, comets and other astronomical bodies.
There are eight planets in the Solar System. From the closest to the farthest from the
Sun, they are: Mercury, Venus,
Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus
and Neptune.

NATURAL SATELLITES:
A natural satellite or our moon is,
an astronomical body that orbits a
planet.
The term Satellite is taken from the
Latin word satelles, meaning
"guard", "attendant", or
"companion", because the satellites
accompanied their primary planet
in their journey through the heavens. Some of the Planets of our Solar system have
natural satellites. Six of the planets are orbited by one or more natural satellites.

ARTIFICIAL SATELLITE:
An Artificial satellite is a satellite that has been very scientifically designed by scientist on
Earth and then has intentionally been launched from Earth & placed into space by
humans. Artificial Satellites are used for various purposes. Among several other
applications, they can be used to make star maps and maps of planetary surfaces, and
also take pictures of planets they are launched into. Common types include military and
civilian Earth observation satellites, communications satellites, navigation satellites,
weather satellites, and space telescopes. Space stations and human spacecraft in orbit
are also satellites.

link to our past they can share with us about the periods they had lived through.
