functionality expectations. Following this, the freelancer is responsible for planning the
project scope, timeline, and budget, outlining clear deliverables and milestones.
They then proceed to design and develop the frontend and backend of the ecommerce
website, ensuring an intuitive user interface, seamless navigation, and robust functionality.
Integration of third-party services such as payment gateways, shipping carriers, and
analytics tools is also a crucial aspect of the project. Security implementation, including
encryption protocols and compliance with industry standards, is paramount to protect user
data and transactions. Additionally, thorough testing and quality assurance measures are

.Payment Terms:
Monthly Payments: ₹50,000/- to ₹55,000/-
Payment Schedule: Breakdown of payment in to two payments every 2nd and 3rd week
of month with Due date 25th of every month.

.Intellectual Property Right:
Ownership of Work: The freelancer retains full ownership and rights to any work created
during the project, including but not limited to code, designs, graphics, and written content,
unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
License to Client: The freelancer grants the client a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to
use the work solely for the purposes outlined in the project agreement. This license may
include the right to reproduce, modify, and distribute the work as necessary.
Confidentiality: The freelancer agrees to keep all confidential information shared by the
client during the project confidential and to not disclose it to any third party without the
client's written consent. This includes proprietary business information, trade secrets, and
any other sensitive information.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): If necessary, the freelancer and client may enter into
a separate non-disclosure agreement to further protect confidential information exchanged
during the project.
Termination and Transfer of Rights: In the event of termination of the project or
contract, the freelancer may specify conditions under which ownership or usage rights of
the work are transferred to the client, if applicable.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to intellectual property rights or the
interpretation of the contract shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation in good
faith. If mediation fails, the parties may seek resolution through arbitration or legal action
as outlined in the contract.
Survival Clause: The intellectual property rights provisions of the contract shall survive
the termination or expiration of the agreement, ensuring ongoing protection of the
freelancer's work and rights.
