1. Mr. Amit Tiwari, learned CGSC submits today that in view of
the documents that were supplied by the learned counsel for the
petitioner on the last date of hearing i.e., 07.10.2024, the Special CP,
Law and Order has written a letter to the DCP Special Cell, Delhi
Police, for conducting a fresh exercise for ascertaining threat
perception to the life and liberty of the petitioner. Some time is
requested.
2. It is also noted that this Court is in receipt of some complaint
against the petitioner. The copies of the same have been shared with
both the counsels for the parties. The complaint is taken on the record
and the Registry is directed to get it digitized.

3. Mr. Amit Tiwari requests for four weeks time to carry out the

SUBJECT: THREAT TO LIFE RECEIVED BY EMAIL
Sir,
I am a resident of your area at Farmhouse 2, Church Road, New Delhi. Yesterday night
(15/06/2011) at 9.34pm someone sent me a threat to life by email with the following text: "come
to hell son your work on earth is done"
The subject line of this email was "your time is up" and the sender appears to be
god((Uheaven.org. The email was sent to my email addressmr.abhishekverma((~gmail.com
I am attaching with this complaint letter the printout of IP headers of the email received and its
route downloaded from Gmail. (Annex-A)
I would like to inform you that I have been a protectee of Delhi Police since 1999 with "Y"
category security and a copy of the documents in this regard are attached herewith for your
records. This security was allotted to me due to some other threats in the past. (Annex-B)
You are requested to register a FIR and investigate the matter. Furthermore please strengthen
security outside my residence by posting a PCR Van or some armed constables round the clock
and any other measures that you may deem necessary in this regard.

(iv) No out station/tour programme was received from you on the dates quoted by you.

informing the date & time for the same in advance.
In case of any query/dis-satisfaction under the RTl Act-200S, appeal can be filed
within 30 days from the receipt of this letter to Addl.Co\11missioner of police, Security (HQ),
Vinay Marg, Chanakaya Puri, New Delhi Appellate Authority under RTI Act-2005.
