TERMS & CONDITIONS
This ticket must be produced by the Holder of the ticket at the time of entry into
the stadium. Age limit 2 years and above requires a valid ticket. 1. Entry will be
refused if the Barcode has been tampered with or if the ticket has been defaced or
damaged or tampered with in anyway. 2. In the case of a damaged or torn season
ticket, no replacements will be issued, and refunds will not be provided. We
appreciate your understanding and encourage you to handle your season ticket
with care to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted match experience. 3. Each entry
ticket is valid for one person only and NO RE-ENTRY will be allowed. Once a
Spectator leaves the stadium during the day’s play, the ticket cannot be used for
re- entering the stadium for the same day. 4. The ticket is valid only in the stand
mentioned in it. 5. The ticket must be produced whenever demanded by the
Organizer. 6. The Organizers reserves the right to search the Holder at any time for
security reasons. 7. No items including without limitation like banners or flags
displaying commercial logos, which in the Organizers ‘view, might conflict with the
rights of the official sponsor of the match, will be allowed in the stadium. 8.
Briefcases, Helmets, Carry Bags, Ladies Purses, Perfumes, Water Bottle, Food,
Match boxes, Cigarette packets, Lighter, Tins, Knife, Musical Instruments, Pets,
Umbrellas, Flammable, Toxic, Illegal or Hazardous Substances, Metal Containers,
Transistors, Computers, Camera or any other audio visual recording equipment for
recording and/or Communication of match details/Statistics/Images, Firecrackers or
Weapon are not allowed inside the stadium/ strictly prohibited. 9. Alcohol is not
allowed to be taken inside the stadium. 10. The Organizers shall be entitled to
seize any prohibited item without liability and without any obligation to return such
item or to compensate the holder. 11. This ticket is strictly non-transferable and for
the sole use of the purchaser. 12. This ticket shall not be exchanged, ceded, sold or
transferred. Whether in a commercial or promotional context (such as without
limitation, as a prize in lottery competition or as part of an advertising or
promotional campaign), with or without consideration, unless written permission
has been previously obtained from the Organiser/Association. 13. The Holder
acknowledges and consents to the recording of his/her likeness and or voice and
the Match is entitled to use, and sub license all rights in respect of such recordings.
14. The Holder will not sell or offer for sale any product or service from any part of
the Stadium. 15. Neither TNCA nor the Organiser will be liable to the Holder
whether in contract, tort or otherwise for any indirect, incidental, special or
consequential loss or damage or for any loss of profit or revenue, loss of use. loss
of business or contracts or loss of opportunity. 16. The Holder shall not engage in
any form of "Ambush Marketing” and shall not conduct in any activity that conflicts
with or infringes the rights of any official sponsor or commercial partner. 17. Foul,
abusive or any form of discriminatory language (whether on the grounds of race.
religion or otherwise). unruly language or unruly or threatening behaviour will not
be tolerated. 18. Entry on the field of play at any time and the throwing of any
article is strictly prohibited. Any breach of security of any kind will be punishable as
per law. 19. Refunds will only be made if the Match is cancelled without a single
ball being bowled. No other refunds will be made. There is no obligation on the
Organiser/Association to reschedule the Match. 20. Spectators are reminded that
any of the language or behaviour or any action in breach of the terms and
conditions stated above will result in ejection from the ground and possible further
action such as criminal prosecution identification by way of photographing and or
capturing by video camera of the images of such persons and life-ban be imposed
on such persons. 21. Neither TNCA nor Organiser will subject to any limitation
imposed by law be in any way liable to the Holder any event, occurrences, or other
timing the cause of which is beyond the reasonable control of TNCA and the
Organiser. 22. In addition to these conditions, entry shall be subject to any ground
regulations specific to the Stadium. 23. By booking tickets, you consent to your
data being used by Insider.in and the organizer for the match information
communications. 24. Any dispute with respect to Tamil Nadu Cricket Association is
subject to Tamil Nadu Jurisdiction only 25. By booking tickets, you consent to your
data being used for marketing and promotional activities by Insider.in, Paytm and
the organizer
