rounded dining experience. By combining forces, we can enhance our visibility and
appeal to a broader customer base.
OPERATING PLAN

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Cooking Process:

1. One of the most important things to do and the basic process is first to wash
your hands thoroughly and make sure they are clean and dry. Put on disposable
gloves and a hairnet to prevent any hair from falling or contaminating the food.
2. Take the bread and cut it in the middle. Spread the mayonnaise on the cut
surface of the bread.
3. Next step is to prepare the lettuce by washing it. Cut off the end of the lettuce,
separate the leaves, and wash them thoroughly. After washing, place the
lettuce in a strainer to drain the excess water.
4. Then, get a chopping board and a knife to slice the cheese and any other
ingredients you needed.
5. While cooking the ham on the pan you can prepare other sliced ingredients
(e.g., cheese. Lettuce, cucumber) on the bread with mayonnaise then fold it in
half.
6. Lastly, add margarine or butter to the pan to prevent the bread from sticking
and getting damaged.

Order Fulfillment:

1. Online & Delivery: Orders are accepted via the website and food delivery
platforms.
Packaged in eco-friendly, aesthetic boxes to ensure freshness upon delivery.
2. In Store: Flying saucers are freshly prepared daily for walk-in customers as well
as for delivery orders.

3. Inventory Management:

 Every day, we check and review the stock to ensure there are enough supplies
for daily needs and orders, and to avoid shortages of ingredients and materials

smoothly and provides assurance on whether it is thriving or struggling.
