d) Additional material warranty : One (1) year after installation & commissioning

e) Bids that do not meet specifications will rejected.
f) Alternative Bids will not be accepted.
g) Mandatory to abide the duration of works and warranty period.
h) Evaluation of tender/quotation are based on compliance with the requirements of the tender/quotation,
specification, value for money, the validity of the offer and experience. Experience, certification/verification
from OEM and competitive offers will be given priority for the award.
i) TNB has the right to accept the tender/quotation as a whole or partially.
