Non-Verbal Communication in Different Scenarios

Setting 1: Business Meeting Misunderstanding (Team Meeting)

Characters:

- Team Leader (confident),

- Team Member 1 (highly confident),

- Team Member 2 (unsure and nervous),

- Team Member 3 (constantly distracted),

- Observer (evaluating the dynamics)

Scene: The team is seated at a table for a project discussion.

- Team Leader: "Alright, we're here to discuss the new project and how to move forward."

- Team Member 1 (open posture): "I've got a great idea! We should start by targeting our high-value

clients."

- Team Member 2 (fidgeting with a pen): "Uh, that sounds good, but... maybe we should focus on

our internal processes first."

- Team Leader (noticing Team Member 3 checking their phone): "Please, let's all stay focused. It's

important to be present during these discussions."
