HOSPITALITY RIDER
Hotel Accommodation
•Hotel accommodation is to be provided only in a Five Star category hotel only
•The hotel should be closer to the venue
•Hotel rooms are to be provided as below One Suite Room for artist
o Two Deluxe double occupancy room for artists & one for manager
o Four double occupancy decent rooms for musicians.
•The double occupancy rooms should have twin beds
•All meals during the stay has to be provided by the organizer
•All rooms are to be best category rooms
•Hotel F&B room service should be provided (except alcohol & cigarettes)
•All hotel rooms should have free unlimited Wi-fi access
•All laundry services are to be provided by the organizer
•Room mini-bar usages to be provided by the organizer (except alcohol & cig)
•Early Check in/Check out to be given
Venue Green Room
• The green rooms should be closer to the stage and big enough for 10 pax.
• Must have sufficient seating arrangements with sofa/chairsfor all the members.
• Air-conditioned in summers & heating in the winters.
• Provide 2 Mirrors and cloth hangers.
• Must have appropriate washrooms and toilets.
• Provide 10 fresh hand towels and tissue boxes.
• Should have appropriate security and escort services for the band members.
• Should have two attendants / volunteers.
• Must be stocked with sufficient Vegetarian/ Non-Vegetarian snacks, sandwiches.
• These should be available during sound check time, before & after performance time.
• Should have a freezer with soft beverages, red bull, juices and still water.
• Should also have room temperature water and a kettle to warm water.
• Tea & Coffee vending machine (also tea bags to be kept)
