INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

1. Students are not permitted to enter the exam hall without the Hall Ticket & Identity Card
2. Students are expected to be seated in the exam hall by 8.45 am for morning session and 12.45 pm for the afternoon session.
3. Students are not permitted into the Examination Hall 30 minutes after the commencement of the Examination.
4. 10 minutes is given to the Students to go through the question paper. Question papers will be distributed to the students at 8.50 am for the morning session and 12.50 pm for the afternoon
session. Students can start answering the paper only at 9.00 am / 1.00 pm respectively.
5. Students can leave the Examination Hall only after one hour from the commencement of Examination Session after handing over the answer script to the invigilator.
6. Wallets, Pencil boxes, Pouches, Burkha, Jackets, Sweater, Veil, Smart watches, Smart calculator, Mobile Phones & Bluetooth devices are not permitted in the Examination Hall.
7. Students are advised to carry the same hall ticket for all the examinations and keep their hall ticket safe until the announcement of results.
8. Students are not allowed to leave the exam hall while the Examination Session is ON.
9. Students are required to Switch OFF their Mobile Phones and leave them outside the Examination Hall at their OWN RISK.

MALPRACTICE

1. Possession of any written / Printed material / Photo Copies of Study Material in the Examination Hall is considered Malpractice.
2. Possession of Smart watches / Mobile phones /Bluetooth devices (with or without subject matter saved) is considered Malpractice.
3. Communicating with or copying from other Students or communicating with any person outside the Examination Hall is considered Malpractice.
4. In the above cases, candidates will not be permitted to continue with the examination in progress and also will be barred from appearing for the remaining examinations of the semester.
Further the candidates are liable to be debarred from the Examinations for a period not less than 2 years.
