Qualification: B.E./[Link]. (any stream), M.E./[Link]. (any stream), [Link]. (CS/IT/Computer Applications/Data Science/Computer
Science & Applications) & M.C.A.
Year or passing: 2010 – 2024
Compensation: CTC – INR 4.60 LPA
Eligibility Criteria: [Link]
❖ No active backlogs during application and/or during onboarding.
❖ The candidate should not have more than 23 months of full-time work experience.
❖ The candidate should not have appeared for the Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months.
❖ The candidate should have completed the relevant degree (eligible for this job role) within the stipulated duration of the course.
Hence, there should be no gaps during the course of their degree. For example, the candidate must complete the 4-year [Link].
course in 4 years.
❖ Students must have Indian citizenship.
❖ Please note that Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without the need for obtaining a work visa. All other foreign nationals

What would you do?

▪ As an Associate Software Engineer, you would largely be involved in:


▪ Designing, building, testing, assembling, supporting and configuring applications using business requirements
▪ Understanding business drivers that will impact performance and delivering software to meet those expectations
▪ Incorporating technology trends into solutions; participating in the development of automation solutions, new functionality and
technologies, and integrating them into existing solutions.
▪ Being responsible for incident resolution and support extended to customers through voice interaction, email, chat and remote
support.
▪ You will also be involved in Test Automation Engineering:
▪ Creating test designs, test processes, test cases and test data.
▪ Applying business and functional knowledge, including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodologies to meet the team’s
overall test objectives.
▪ Being responsible for designing testing scenarios for usability testing.
▪ Preparing all reports related to software testing carried out.
▪ Analyzing the results and then submitting the observations to the development team.

Recruitment/Selection Process:

Corporate will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned below:

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by Talentise Global (along with updated resume ).
Step 02: Eligible candidates will receive an email directly from the client for a Mock Test to check their system compatibility for
assessments. The duration of the test would be 20-30 mins. This is not an elimination round.
Step 03: Upon completion of Step 2, candidates will receive another email to select a slot for the Online Assessment (Cognitive &
Technical – Duration: 90 Mins). This is an elimination round. The test comprises of the following topics:
o Cognitive – English Ability, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Abstract Reasoning
o Technical – MS Office, Networking & Server, Pseudo Code

Candidates will receive the assessment result within 15 mins on their respective email ID.

Step 04: Shortlisted candidates from cognitive and technical will receive a notification for coding on their screen. Candidate must
complete the Online Coding Test on the same day. This is an elimination round.
Step 05: Shortlisted candidates from Round 4 will receive email for the Communication Round within next 2-3 days. This is mandatory to
attend to be eligible for Interviews.
Step 06: After completing Communication Assessment, candidate will receive an email to select a slot for their virtual interview.
Step 07: Final Selection & Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) for selected candidates will be issued subsequently.
Step 08: Documentation followed by Onboarding.
