difference though is L-Citrulline seems to have more of an impact on muscle

categorically increases hardness in me with ED. Whilst not as effective as Viagra, it

Raw Beets
These are my favourite on the list of foods here, mostly because they’re SO
effective. Packed with nitrates, plus potassium (which can be useful for blood flow
too), micronutrients, and they actually taste decent too.
You can just eat them raw every day like I personally do, or you can get creative
and whip up some beet/pomegranate and feta salads for example, with a drizzle
of olive oil on top, Greek style.
I tend to be of the opinion that the raw food/ingredient is better than the
“extract” version when it comes to these types of things, but there are some
decent Beetroot supplements out there including things like Beet gummies that are
tasty as hell.
Even after a beetroot juice supplement, you’re looking at a 21% increase in NO
levels within 45 minutes according to this study. Raw beets are even better than
this due to the fact that there’s no loss of bioavailability of dietary nitrate from
the cooking process. Same thing with raw garlic and the impact on LH production.
This is MASSIVE.

Pineapple
Pineapple is an all-rounder as far as blood flow is concerned. The bromelain is very

moderated).
The stronger, darker reds tend to be best for this too by the way, and it’s because

Similarly to watermelon it also seems to stimulate cGMP activation which helps

red wine, but without the calories, worsened sleep, and potential liver strain or
hangovers. Alcohol is a real problem when taken beyond a certain (low) threshold,
