Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School is leading the

THEME- ‘TECH FOR SUSTAINABLE FUTURE:
INNOVATE, INTEGRATE, CREATE’

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
All the events are open for schools from all parts of the country.
One student can participate in ONE event only.
The date of submission for all ONLINE entries is November 7,2024.
The participants are requested to abide by the Guidelines specified for each
event.
Only one Registration Form will be accepted from the participating school.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
Event Details for CYBERTRONIX 2024 are attached for reference and record.
All registrations should be done latest by October 30, 2024 on

CYBERTRONIX 2024 will culminate on November 16, 2024, with the
announcement of results on the official website as well as offline in the school.
A participating certificate will be provided to each participant.
A certificate of merit will be provided to the winners.
A Letter of Honour will be awarded to the winning school.
The school must participate in all the events to qualify for the Letter of Honour.
The Letter of Honour will be e-mailed to the concerned school on their official
school id.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Design a poster that reflects the given theme.
The poster should be set to A4 size or 16:9 (landscape
mode)
Include a catchy and relevant title on the poster.
Use minimal but meaningful text to convey the theme.
Include appropriate images, illustrations, icons, or shapes
that match the theme.
Plagiarism of any kind will lead to disqualification.
Submit your final poster Canva link and jpeg image.
Submission link will be shared with the registered school.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Participants are required to create a story using any
block coding platform on the given theme.
Participants are requested to submit their scratch
project (.sb3) and a short video (.mp4 format)
explaining the story not exceeding more than 3
minutes.
Submission link will be shared with the registered
school.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Valorant 5v5 matches will be conducted for the
participating teams.
Tournament will consist of only knockout matches.
The final match will be a best of 3.
All maps in current competitive queue will be used.

“SDG 16- PEACE, JUSTICE AND STRONG INSTITUTION”

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
The teams will need to create a short film on any of
the given topic.
Video should not be copyrighted but music can be.
The short film can be in Hindi/English. However, all
films must include subtitles in English.
The participants must upload the film in the drive
link which will be provided to the registered schools.
The best entries will be shortlisted and they need to
showcase their film in front of judges.

CLASS: VI

SOFTWARE: ANIMAKER

THEME: SDG 6 - CLEAN WATER AND SANITATION

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Create a short and fun animation/advertisement that
tells a story or delivers a message based on the
theme using Animaker.
The animation should be 30-60 seconds long.
Use characters, props, and backgrounds that fit your
theme.
Your animation should be original and reflect your
unique ideas.
Plagiarism of any kind will lead to disqualification.

“MINECRAFT, A WORLD WHERE ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE”

CLASS: VI-VIII

THEME: SDG 4 - QUALITY EDUCATION

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
The build must follow the theme Quality Education. The
topic will be given on spot.
Create a detailed and imaginative Minecraft build that
aligns with the theme, showcasing creativity and
teamwork.
The build must be original and showcase your own
creativity. Avoid copying existing Minecraft worlds.
After the build, each team will present their project.
Only the tools provided within Minecraft Education Edition
are allowed. No external plugins or modifications are
permitted.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Design and code an interactive game using block-
based coding that reflects the given theme and is fun to
play.
The game must be original and should reflect your
unique ideas. Avoid copying existing games.

Participants will get 1.5 hours to create the game. It


includes 2-3 minutes for presentation.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
The teams will get 2 minutes for stage and sound
setting.
Time limit is 4-5 minutes for each team. Negative points
for exceeding the time.
The act should not contain any dialogues, lip sync &
props
Music can be recorded or live. It should not contain any
lyrics.
No act shall contain any offensive, obscene,
disrespectful actions or gestures. The act will be
immediately stopped and the entry will be disqualified, if
these instructions are not followed.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Participants have to make an app for the above
mentioned theme and have to share the .apk file
before November 10, 2024.
Shortlisted participants must bring a detailed
document of the application along with the .apk of
app on the event day to present it in front of judges.
Participants will bring their own laptop and required
material for the presentation of the project.

CLASS: IX-X

TIME DURATION : 5 MINUTES

THEME: SDG 9 - INDUSTRY, INNOVATION AND


INFRASTRUCTURE

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
The participants are required to build a functional machine
prototype using Arduino hardware and software.
Along with the prototype, every team has to give a verbal
presentation explaining the functionality, practical feasibility
and working of their design.
The participants have been provided with the theme based on
which they shall provide innovative STEM based ideas in the
form of Arduino projects.
Your project must be created using the Arduino Board/ Arduino
IDE and/or the Arduino Create Web Editor and/or the Arduino
IoT Cloud.
It must be the original work of the students.

THEME: SDG 1-NO POVERTY
TIME DURATION: 2-3 MINUTES

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
The participating students may wear casual attire with
school ID cards.
The participating students should carry their
instruments for live music.
Medium of language: Bilingual (English/Hindi)
The use of film music is not allowed.
Plagiarism and inappropriate language/ gesture of any
sort will lead to disqualification.
Exceeding the time limit will result to deduction of
marks.

CLASS: IX-XII

NO. OF PARTICIPANTS: 2

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Participants must bring their own DSLR camera, laptop and
a cable to transfer photos. Mobile phones are not
permitted for photography.
9:45 am – 10:45 am – Clicking pictures in the school
campus. 11.30 am – 12.10 pm – Editing of the
photographs.
1 picture per school can be submitted. Participants can
use any software of their choice to edit the photograph.
Participants need to submit the original as well as the
edited photograph for judgement.

“BRINGING JOY TO THE WORLD OF TECHNOLOGY”
CLASS: VI-VIII

NO. OF PARTICIPANTS: 2

ROBOT SPECIFICATION:
The robot can be wired, wireless, or automated (wireless is advised).
Each team must bring two bots.
Only bots are allowed on the mat.
The dimensions of each bot should be within 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm.
The combined weight of both bots cannot exceed 4 kgs.
The robot should be self-powered with a battery with supply not exceeding 12V (on
board power supply) with maximum 3 A current, 2500 MAH max.
Power supply (only DC) should be on board. Participants cannot draw power from
outside or cannot use AC Power.
The Robot must not be made from Lego parts, or any readymade kit. Such machine will
be disqualified.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
It will be a 2x2 match.
The ball used will be a standard ball.
If wires become tangled, the timer will be paused and the bots will be placed back in their
initial positions.
At no point during the match is a bot permitted to hold, grab, or encase the ball in any
way.
In case of a tie, an extra 1 minute will be added until a team scores the first goal.
The judges' decision will be final.

DISQUALIFICATION:
Pre-built bots will be disqualified. Intentional damage to other teams' bots will lead to
disqualification.
Intentional damage to the field will also lead to disqualification.
Capturing or lifting the ball will result in a foul.
Four Fouls will lead to disqualification.
If a bot remains still for more than 15 seconds, it will be disqualified.
Bots will be submitted at the start, and no changes can be made after submission.

“INNOVATION TAKES FLIGHT: DISCOVER THE FUTURE
WITH US.”
CLASS: VIII-XIII

NO. OF PARTICIPANTS: 2

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Participants will bring their own Drone and required material.
A team can take part with one Quad only.
Only Micro and Mini category Drones are allowed.
Your Quad Copter needs to travel from source to destination
crossing various interruptions, hurdles, etc., along the path
of journey.
Quad Copter is to be built according to the specified
dimensions of the Arena.
The hurdles will be built according to the dimensions of the
Quad, no relaxation is provided in case of dimensions except
in the specified case.
Timers will be paused only at the Checkpoints, and NOT at
the Stage/Arena at any cause (Timeouts are provided
according to the Problem arisen during flight).
VR headset drones are not allowed.
Hand foul is applicable.
