Profession Overall experience of 4.9 years in IT industry with extensive work
al exposure as a Java Developer.
Worked in Mphasis as a Associate Software Engineer for 2.9 years
Summary and in Accenture as a Application Development Analyst from past
2 years as Java developer.
Have good working experience in creating and deploying End
Points using Spring Boot framework.
Implemented SQS polling service using Java AWS SDK and
deployed the same in ECS, which gave me a good reorganization.
In the initial days of my career I deeply understood the work flow
and identified the there is load in queues and suggested a
conditional level filter to reduce the load. Which is approved by
client and got it implemented.
Have been part of documenting all the RPC's implemented in user
service, which is referenced by other teams as well for
implementing user services. Always interested in learning new
things, in this process I have a learnt deploying applications in
google cloud.

Project Description
Service Desk Platform is the product being developed with the
purpose of enabling efficient and effective IT service management.
Earlier Connect Composure CMS is used for creating and managing
content across the platform and now they have changed to
Brightspot CMS. So in this project we are handling migration of all
the existing articles into Brightspot and creating new articles.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for Maintaining the existing product and providing
timely support and developed many critical enhancements
Created services for Migrating articles from connect composure to
Brightspot.
Reviewed and mentored changes in the team
Groomed multiple resources and prepared documentation of the
project specific process.

GFiber is a high-speed broadband internet service provided by
Google in US region, which utilizes fiber optic cables to deliver
gigabit speeds to houses and businesses. Migration of Gfiber
Customer console to vlocity which is external salesforce
application.For this migration we have implemented producer
modules using BOQ framework..
Roles and Responsibilities:
Developed RPC's in Boq framework.
Integrating Grpc's as Restful service so that vlocity can utilize it.
Participated in client project meetings as necessary regarding
technical activities.
