We are pleased to inform that you have been selected in our organization on the following terms and
conditions:
01.
You wil!be requiredto work as aTRAINEE ENGINEER. Your Date of Joining: 01-Jul-2024 &
Employee Code: 21496.
02.
The training period shall be of one year, which will commence from your date of joining. It
may be reduced or extended at the discretion of the Management which will be notified to
you in writing.
03. During the training period you shall be paid as follows:
Basic Salary Rs. 16450.00
House Rent Allowance Rs. 2700.00
City Compensatory Allowance Rs. 2400.00
Conveyance Allowance Rs 25450.00
Total Rs. 47000.00
(Rupees Forty Seven Thousand Only)
04. On completion of one year, the Management will review your performance and you will be
put under the probation for the period of six months, subject to the availability/req uirement
in the respective discipline.
05. You be ailowed 07 dayscasual leave, 07 days sick leave peryear during the training period.

However, no other kind of leave willbe admissible you. The mode or approval/sanction
to
shall be as specified inthe Service Rules for the respective kind of leave.
06.
While you are posted at Head Office, you will be entitled to weekly offs i.e. Saturdays,Sundays
and Bank Holidays as notified by the Management.
07.
Your working hours will be notified by the Management from time to time.

08. You will not be entitled to any other benefits extended to regular employees of the Company.
You will abide by the Rules and Regulations working and
regarding discipline which may be
enforced by the Management.
09.
You will not be eligible for other allowances or benefits or other statutory payments which
are given toregular employees.
10. The Management reserves the right to terminate your training period at anytime without
assigning any reasons, by giving 15 days notice to you or pay 15 days stipend in lieu thereof.
In the event of such termination,you will be entitled to receive your dues up tothe date on
which your aforesaid training period is terminated and you shall not be entitled to any sum
as compensation or otherwise in respect of termination of your aforesaid training period.
Should you desire to terminate the training period, you will be required to give to the
Company 15 days notice in writing failing which the Company will have the right to recover
an amount equivalent to 15 days stipend.
11. Notwithstanding anything herein contained, any breach of Company's Rules and Regulations
or any instance of misconduct of any description whatsoever on your part, may entail instant
dismissal with forfeiture of the right to notice or stipend in lieu thereof. In the event of
dismissal under the terms of this Clause, you be
will entitled to your dues up to and including
the date of dismissal and you shall not be entitled to any sum as compensation or otherwise
in respect of termination of your service.
12. You will forthwith notify the Company regarding any change in your residential address.
13.
This offer is subject to you being certified medically fit for employment by a doctor nominated
by the Company.
14. The offer isvalid subject to you clearing all the semesters and submitting the final Passing
Certificate and mark sheet to HRD.
15.
At the discretion of the Management, you may be required to work at our Mumbaioffice or
at the Project Site/s in India or abroad or may be transferred to any department or
establishment of the Company's business from time to time.
16. Thisis subject to your acceptance of the existing Rules applicable to you and any amendments
thereto that may be brought into force from to time thereafter.

17. You are eligible for 'One Time'
payment of 'Retention Pay' amounting up to Rs. 300000/
(Rupees Three Lacs Only) only upon completion
of your 4 years of service from the Date of
Joining as Trainee Engineer / Designer, as per Company's Retention Pay Policy.
Management
however reserves the right to forfeit the amount either
fully or partially or extend the period
So as to complete service period of 4 years to be
eligible for receiving retention pay under
specific conditions like gross misconduct, leave without pay, etc.
Your appointment in the company is subject to your completion of
successful Diploma / Degree
course. You are required to submit copy of your marksheets of all semesters and passing certificate
within one week from the declaration of your results. In case of non-submission of documents, in
time, thisoffer willget revoked.
Please sign and return the duplicate of this letter as atoken of acceptance of the above terms and
conditions.
Kindly contact us personally within 10 days from the date hereof, failing which the aforesaid offer
shall stand cancelled.
