Answer:
My name is Lucy Nguyen. I’m writing this email to express my disappointment with my dining
experience at your renowned restaurant yesterday at Cactus Club Cafe at the Waterfront
location.
I had been very much looking forward to dining at your restaurant, havinge an online reservation
a month in advance. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the hostess could not locate my reservation .
And insisted that phone calls were the only reservation method. This resulted in a two hour wait
for a table
In addition to the reservation difficulties, I was also greatly disappointed with your three-course
meal -. The Portion sizes were miniscule, barely satisfying a basic meal., Furthermore, the food
itself lacked flavor and seemed somewhat stale.
This was particularly concerning given your restaurant reputation for exceptional quality.
To address these issues, I would recommend implementaing a more centralized reservation
system that acknowledges both online and phone reservations.Additionally, a reevaluation of
your food quality assurance processmight be prudent to ensure optimal frreshness of ingredient
I trust that you will address this matter to my satisfaction. Thank you for your time and
consideration.
Sincerely,
Lucy Nguyen

I had been very much looking forward to dine in your restaurant, having made a reservation a
month in advance. Unfortunately upon arrival, the hostess could not locate my name under the
reservation list and insisted that phone calls were the only reservation method. As a result, my
husband and I waited for two hours to get a table in side
In addition to reservation difficulties, I was extremely disappointed by the portion of the three
course meal we ordered. The portion was miniscule, which barely satisfied a basic meal.
Moreover, the food itself lacked flavor and seemed somewhat stale, especially the steak.
Having heard great things about Cactus Club before, we were taken aback by the poor quality
of food and services we received last evening. I respectfully request that our bills, $125.90 in
totla be refunded in full. Please reverse the chargest to my credit card, or reach out to me at

Read the following information.
Choose the option that you prefer. Why do you prefer your
choice? Explain the reasons for your choice. Write about 150-
200 words.
Option A: Shopping Complex: This shopping mall would include restaurants, a large
supermarket, and a movie theatre.
Option B: Recreational Park: This park would include a sports complex, a large green
area, and a small petting zoo.
Answer:
Option A: shopping complex is my preffered choice for the development of the green area.
While building another recreation park offers leisure benefits,a shopping complex wouldbrings
significant advantages to our town
Firstly, new shopping mall would create a substantial number of job opportunities. With its
large footprint, it could potentially become the largest shopping destinations in the province,
attracting a diverse range of stores, shopping restaurant, and a movie theater, tThis could
translate to at least 1000 jobs for our ciitzens, significantly more than the estimated 100 jobs
created by a r park.
Secondly, new shopping mall will attract more tourists into the town. cities. T
A centralized shopping experience with a variety of stores and entertainment options would
draw visitors from neighboring area, boosting the lcoal economy.
Considering these reasons, I believe option A would be a better choice for everyone in our
community. However, this is my personal opinion, but I will support whatever decision is made.
Thank you for the opportunity to contribute my thoughts on this important community matter.
