LEGAL NOTICE
Under the instructions from and on behalf of my client Shaik
Asif, R/o 251, 7th Main Road Opposite to Myatri Encalve Apartment,
MTB Area, Jayanagar 5th Floor, Bangalore – 560041, I hereby serve
upon you the noticee with the following legal notice:-
1. That my above said client had taken term loan in sum of Rs.
3,60,701/-, vide loan No. P404PTP11463149 from you the
noticee.
2. That the above said loan amount was agreed to be repaid by
way of monthly EMIs in 39 months.
3. That my above said client made the payment of six EMIs of
Rs. 14,585/- till July, 2024.
4. That the financial condition of my above said client became
worst as my above said client has lost his service and is
presently jobless, as such he is unable to clear the outstanding
payment against the above credit card facility. However, the
intentions of my client are not malafide or dishonest and he is
hoping that within a period of 06 months, his financial
condition will come on track and then he would settle the
accounts of the above said loan amount.
Through this notice, you are requested for not taking any
coercive action against my client atleast for next six months and
bear with my client.
Take notice accordingly.
