DELEGATION MADE UNDER FUNDAMENTAL RULE 6

(Appendix 3 of FR & SR – Part I)

FR-6: The Central Government may delegate to any of its officers, subject to any conditions which it
may think fit to impose, any power conferred upon it by these rules with the following exceptions:-
(a) All powers to make rules;
(b) The other powers conferred by Rules 6, 9(6)(b), 44, 45-A, 45-B, 45-C, 83, 108-A, 119,121 and
127(c).
