Multimodel Features Representation based convolutional neural

Network model for malicious website detection

Abstract
This research presents an innovative approach to malicious website
detection using a Multimodel Features Representation based
Convolutional Neural Network (MFR-CNN) model. The system combines
multiple feature sets including URL characteristics, HTML content,
JavaScript behavior, network traffic patterns, and visual elements to create
a comprehensive detection framework. By leveraging deep learning
techniques and multimodal feature analysis, the proposed system achieves
superior accuracy in identifying various types of malicious websites,
including phishing sites, malware distribution platforms, and fraudulent
domains. The model demonstrates significant improvements in detection
rates while maintaining low false-positive rates compared to traditional
single-feature approaches.
Introduction
The proliferation of malicious websites poses a significant threat to
cybersecurity, leading to financial losses, data breaches, and privacy
violations. Traditional detection methods often rely on single-feature
analysis or rule-based systems, which can be easily circumvented by
sophisticated attackers. This research introduces a novel approach that
utilizes multiple feature representations and deep learning techniques to
create a more robust and adaptive detection system. The MFR-CNN model
processes various website characteristics simultaneously, enabling it to
identify complex patterns and relationships that might be missed by
conventional methods.
