2. This pertains to the Regional Development Council (RDC) XI Resolution
No. 98, Series of 2024 “APPROVING THE REGIONAL PROJECT MONITORING
COMMITTEE (RPMC) XI 3RD QUARTER CY 2024 FIELD MONITORING REPORT”
furnished to this Police Regional Office (PRO) as a member of the RDC.
3. In view thereof, submitted is the action taken of this PRO on the
aforementioned resolution.
4. Request signature on the attached letter addressed to NEDA XI.

This pertains to the Joint Regional Development Council (RDC) XI Resolution
No. 98, Series of 2024 “APPROVING THE REGIONAL PROJECT MONITORING
COMMITTEE (RPMC) XI 3RD QUARTER CY 2024 FIELD MONITORING REPORT”
furnished to this Police Regional Office (PRO) as a member of the RDC.
In view thereof, this PRO conforms to the aforementioned resolution and
reaffirm our commitment to actively participate in matters concerning peace and
order as a member of the RDC XI.
Further, the electronic copies of the project documents for the construction of
Tugbok Police Station building were forwarded to your office last July 12, 2024 prior
to the conduct of the 3rd Quarter CY 2024 Monitoring Activity of the National
Economic and Development Authority XI.
