I represented the agency in the process of opening its Spanish branch. This involved conducting thorough market research
and analysis to adapt the company's strategic position to the local market. I played a key role in overseeing the
implementation of an effective brand strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company’s global image,
while building professional relationships with prospective partners and clients, laying the foundation for long-term
collaborations. My efforts led to securing our first major clients, Carrefour and Mondelez, by successfully pitching projects
that met their needs and expectations. This initial success set the stage for our continued growth and established our
reputation in the Spanish market.

Operations Manager

From day one, I was integral in founding the company: crafting the product portfolio, defining target markets, recruiting
top talent and managing project performance. Our company led the mobile app industry, pioneering technologies and
transforming sectors like mobile banking, supply chain, pharma, medical bioengineering. In December 1999, we launched
the region's first secure mobile banking app with BankBoston Brazil, earning the "Science and Technology Master Award
2000" in Brazil. Our clients included Ferrero (whose sales force still uses our app), Coca-Cola, Bayer, Abbot Laboratories,
Johnson & Johnson (across 7 countries), Janssen Cilag, and Renault. We successfully introduced Latin America's first
satellite navigation system for Renault cars, starting with a limited edition CLIO GPS in Argentina and later in Mexico,
earning the Palm Developers Excellence Award in 2002 and the Sadosky Award for Argentinean Intelligence in 2005.
